So rude and completely unprofessional. Tried to sell my car to them and the guy I talked with, I think his name was Chuck, was so rude. He told me a time he was going to pick it up and never showed up, I tried checking back in with them four days later and they still wouldnt get my car. He clearly didnt want my business. So I called JB salvage instead and they got my car and paid me within an hour of me calling them. Dont even mess with these people.

Not sure what J weezy is talking about - clueless and hiding behind an avatar, go figure! No David has it right, Chuck is an honest seller who knows his inventory and knows how to price his quality used parts (with best inventory in a 100 mile radius I might add). Great service, super friendly staff, and expert advice from superior knowledge of compatibility on all makes and models makes this local establishment a winner!

Was shopping for a replacement engine for our sons vehicle and having a very difficult time in locating one. Auto Heaven took my information, and though they did not have what I needed readily available, they went the extra mile in trying to find one for us. Chuck is a crook, and the part i could have bought brand new for only 10 dollars more offline. He was very rude and didnt seem to care much about his customers and to me it seemed liked he was just in it for money. The cost was outrageous and the customer quality was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE JUST KEEP LOOKING.

Within a day of my calling, they had the part I needed out of another vehicle and sold it to me for 1/5th the dealer price. Works great so far. Thanks guys!
