I dont buy parts anywhere else. I always gotten my questions answered by Bill Carpenters staff which have, at times, resulted in considerable cost savings. This business is run the way all businesses should be run. This shop could easily serve as a model for young entrepreneurs wishing to explore retail/wholesale marketing. In addition to the store being top notch, the head and valve work I have had done by their shop has always been perfect and very reasonably priced. My endless questions about auto paint have also been handled professionally.

I stopped by for a new battery today. They helped me choose the right battery for my car and I got a great deal on pricing. Although they dont do any repairments, I was really miserable and they were kind enough to help me put the new battery in the car free of charge. The stuff is very helpful and polite. I am more than pleased with their service and I know where to go first next time I need something for my car.

I dont know much about cars but needed a part so I decided to go to Motor Service Inc so I could have my uncle fix it for me. The staff there was so helpful and very friendly. They had the part ready to go and were so great in helping me get the right one. I am very thankful I chose them otherwise I would have been very lost.
