Long story short, bought a Sony Bravia TV 15 months ago from P.C. Richard , was having trouble with it after only a year , after 2 service calls could non be repaired was replaced one week ago with another Sony Bravia, different model but new. Unfortunately, had immediate problems with the new one within that week was so frustrated waiting for repair service call that never transpired , called my store located at 52nd Street in West New York , NJ . Thanks to the wonderful Manager , Martin and employees Nelson and Doisy, theY came and IMMEDIATELY REPLACED MY TV !!!! WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR THEIR KINDNESS AND GRACIOUS MANNER IN WHICH THEY TOOK CARE OF MY FRUSTRATION AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM!! Its employees such as Martin, Nelson, and Doisy that make one want to keep doing business with P.C.RICHARD AND SON!! Sincerely , Teresa Alvarino

I could not ask for a better shopping experience there is a gentleman there named Ruben he is the store manager I believe and another gentleman named Fred they are both phenomenal. I am almost positive Ruben is a retired Marine who served our country with honor. He runs the most efficient PC Richards I have ever been in!! Whenever and what ever I have ever needed to buy from the store he was always able to give me the proper sales team to help with all of my decisions.John is also a very big Part of the whole staff. I worked with him a few times and had no issues ordering from the catalog for something that was not available to be seen in the store. I would recommend anyone looking to buy entertainment equipment or any appliance PC Richards in West New York would be The only place I would ever go

So its that time of year to purchase air conditioner so i decided to go to PC Richards in West New York, NJ I was surprised of the large quantities of air conditioners they have, I was very unsure on which air conditioner to get, so I was approached by William a store manager who was able to explain the difference between all the air-conditioners. I was surprise of the level of customer service that was provided by his staff and I decided to purchase Frigidaire 12,000 BTU Im truly amazing... Im glad to the been able to meet great people at PC Richards. I will highly recommend this location. I did also purchased a Bose Sound Touch 300 with the acoustic bass module. $1,398 for both was worth the money spent the sound is out of this world its a definite buy... Thank you to PC Richards and son

My husband and I visited the store yesterday with the expectation of buying a washer dryer unit and multiple air conditioners. I wasnt sure what to expect going in even after doing our own research ahead of time, but I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience start to finish. Chris Garcia helped us and he was incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the store. He even showed us some other appliances that we were interested in and it was so so wonderful not to have to be passed off to another person who might "specialize only in kitchen stuff or only on washer machines, etc.... He wasnt overly pushy, which I really appreciated as well. The store itself was very clearly laid and out and neat and there was plenty of parking outside (which is always a rare find)!

I love going to pc richards. I enjoy going to pc richards located in west ny nj. The attention is awesome. Upon my arrival, I am greeted pn the floor and escorted to the item I am looking for. The staff educates me on any type of question i had. I feel at home with the staff and manager Will, who takes his time to navagate any issue i have. I been shopping at pc richards for over 14 years and i plan to continue as a loyal costumer. I also was atteted by a young sale rep. Ms Emely Rodriquez. Who also made me feel like i wasnt throwing my money away. The sale rep. Ensured that all three items i purchased where the perfect choise i choose at the store. If you search for an appliance, chances are all stores offer it in relatively the same price range. So, how do you decide which store to buy it from? Well, would you rather have one person (the guy who makes the sale) to do everything for you or would you rather be passed along from call to call and department to department? P.C. Richard & Son ensures you only have to deal with one person and that person is usually super helpful and diligent. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Almeyda who helped us all the way from sale to delivery. Quite simply an above and beyond stellar customer service experience for me. I cannot recommend him and the store enough.

I always have the best experiences at this store!!!! I have shopped at pc Richards with my family since I was a young girl. We always used to go to the manager Ruben there but today when I went I found out Ruben had retired. I thought I would never have great customer service again. Fortunately I was introduced to the new manager William. William was so nice and helpful when I told him I was looking for a tv for my husband! Him and a younger man named Christian G took care of me and reminded me not to lose faith in PC Richard and son. I recommend this store and every single employee in there 100 Stars! Ask for William !!!

I came here for a wall unit a/c. Needing the exact size to fit the wall sleeve, I had very particular instructions on the type of a/c unneeded. Salesmen did a great job asking questions and looking at the options for me. Literally spent ten minutes making sure that the unit I wanted would fit the sleeve. Senior sales guy knew the exact sleeve I had without even seeing it ! Right now sitting here with a fully air conditioned living room. Unit fit like a glove . Really nice to get that kind of courtesy and attention. Doubt would be the same at one of the big box stores. Keep up the good work pc Richards!!

I never give 5 stars! But, I just recently moved and needed to update some of my appliances... I was approached by a salesman by the name of Christopher who soon after became Chris... He was extremely helpful, provided me with insight on all of the products I was interested in, didnt make my brother and I feel like we were just being told things just for a quick and easy sale... in the end we purchased quite a few items. I have already referred this PC Richards to many family members and friends and have told them that they MUST see "Chris" for superior customer service. Thanks Chris, you were stellar!

Im a returning customer to this store, I live 40 minutes away but Definitely worth the drive I went back there for the service Kenneth Cruz offer and As I was expecting.... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Kenneth helped us to make the right decision.... Kenneth was very friendly and family oriented.... Kenneth treated me and my kids with respect as usual, he also took the time to explain to my son the difference between the sound bars and brands .
