Stonewalled. Thats the first phrase that comes to mind when I think of my experience at Mark Martin Ford in Batesville. After finding a very nice 2014 used chevy silverado we made repeated offers on the vehicle. They completely and totally stonewalled us. They stayed at the same price from the first day until 3 weeks after our first visit. Its been a month now and they still have the truck on the lot. I made a CASH offer no less. The director of internet sales, Mark White, was extremely polite and nice but not helpful at all. He told us "This is a special price for you based on an internet listing". But, thats essentially BS. I know this Because I found a vehicle online at McLarty Honda in Little Rock that also had a so called "internet price". I went to the dealership, again made a cash offer, which they accepted!!!!! It was well below their special "internet price". And the truck was a year newer and had less mileage than the one at Mark Martin. Imagine that. Not only this, but our experience at McLarty was near perfectly streamlined, the sales team we dealt with basically had a send off for us there! Every time we entered Mark Martin Ford it felt like a gloomy ghost town with a few straggling sales associates hanging out chewing the proverbial fat around Mark Martins retired racecars. To be brutally honest this place has a sad pathetic feel to it, as though Mr. Martin is banking on his mediocre past in order to sell vehicles. Its terribly ironic since I repeatedly heard them say "We dont want people around here to go to Little Rock to buy their vehicles". Then please please be more flexible with your clients, and learn from this review!!! And those of you who have read this, go online find a better deal. They are out there, I have proof in my driveway!!!!
Sold me a little car that had issues from the beginning which they would not fix. Traded it in for a one year newer bigger car and bought the extra warranty which the salesman said was "bumper to bumper" . It was a high pressure tactic, it was also a lie. I never received any paperwork on the warranty that day, or ever. Although they said I would get the paperwork on it in the mail. They have not covered one single thing on my car in the 16 months since Ive had it. Not even a stopped up catalytic converter which is going to cost me a fortune to fix at a time when I am broke!!! I will never buy from them again, EVER! Two cars in a row that they would not fix while still in warranty. Thinking of contacting a lawyer!
My visit to Martin Ford and Kia was an extreme pleasure. I was was assisted by a pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous sales representative. Every part of my buying experience was complete and pleasureable. Thanks to Mark Martin Ford/Kia, I am the owner of a new vehicle and it was the most painless shopping experience that I have every been throught.
their maintenance staff SUCK and are EXTREMELY rude! i will be taking my business else where since this is the 4th time i have brought by vehicle up here to get checked. cause correct me if im wrong but a car is not suppose to jerk (like doing a brake check) when switching gears. little rock ford will be getting my business from here on out!
The only place to buy a new or used automobile in Batesville, Arkansas. Make sure you see Jimmy Rudd. If you need your vehicle serviced, you cant find a better person than Keith Kelso to deal with. I have never been disappointed in buying a vehicle there or getting it serviced there and I drive 700 to do this.
This guy is a big shot JERK Had some work done and was treated like a second class citizen because I didnt purchase my car here. I definitely wont purchase my next car there either. Mark Martin what an A hole that tells his people to ruin other peoples life. I heard his wife is a big fat jerk too....
Had truck there to have rearend repaired they had it 6 weeks finally had Harris ford pick up to repair. Found out owners told service department to only work on vehicles that were bought there. Even though this is a Ford warranty job. Pretty sorry if you ask me. Have done business for year but no more
