I found a vehicle at the dodge dealership. I feel i did what everyone is supposed to do by calling and checking for avalibility of this vehicle. I was told on a Thursday that it was still avalible, but as for many of us work got in the way and i couldnt make it on that day so I called and let them know that I wouldnt be there. I then took Friday off to go see this suv. I again called to check availibility of the car. I was told it would be there. I should tell you that I live an hour and a half from the dealership and that is why I scheduled this as opposed to just showing up. As I was on my way to their store they called me to let me know that they had started showing this vehicle to another couple and asked me what I wanted them to do. I said hold the car until I get there since I had spent the last two days arranging time to come see it. I was one hour into the drive when this took place. I was told that they would do what they could. 15 minutes later I recieved another call informing me that they sold the car. I can only assume that they used me to pressure the other buyer into a snap decition to buy just as they attemted to get me to say I would buy it over the phone without even looking at it. I also had spent enough time on the phone to negotiate a price for this car. I feel that I had shown Clear intent on buying. I only felt i needed to inspect the vehicle bofore the sale. I delt with a salesman named Patrick, and their sales manager named Jason. I feel that if this were the last car dealership on the planet i would be forced to walk. i ended up buying a car from the Mcgath west side superstore from a salesman named Everet and I would give him 6 out of 5 stars. He was and is one of the best salesman i have ever delt with. So to be clear I give Mcgrath Dodge 0 stars because their is no negitive star rating, and the west side store a 4.5 starts. Everet gets the 6 star rating alone.

This is abit ridiculous as this involves the single point inspections regarding used vehicles. First vehicle was 2012 vw passat. Drove 2 hours up here to buy a car for my mom, First thing i noticed is it has 21k miles. The problem was the rotors had a 1/4 lip all the way around and were severely warped. It had a terrible death wobble going down the road. The 2nd car we teat drove was a 2008 camry. As soon as we left the lot the left rear wheel bearing was grinding so bad we turned around and parked it. This 3rd car is another newer passat. 2013, The brakes and rotors are also severly warped. Bottom line i am very disappointed in your "161 point inspection" If i wasnt there to bring this to their attention it would have sold to someone who didnt know what to look for. This is my 4th terrible experience with mcgrath. I bought a sequoia from shaun ritchie last year for my personal vehicle. He knew how to treat a customer and was straight forward. Its now 2:30 and we are still sitting at westdale extremely disappointed. Mike winders has been working hard, But your downfall is the vehicle service. I am a mechanic, I do it for a living. These cars are not getting the inspections and replacement parts needed. They are getting thrown on the lot with possibly a fresh oil change. Im happy with my sequoia, But will no l9nfer do business with mcgrath again, Ive wasted 16 hours alone just driving here 4 times, not including sitting and waiting. I am extremely disappointed and thought mcgrath was of a higher caliber dealership. Also the manager Eric? States he was doing a favor by replacing the brakes and rotors.... This should have been done in the first place, He seemed to have an attitude after i mentioned that and again stated it was a "Favor" Both passats came with a 12k mile warranty. And again stated they had inspections.

McGrath was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Gage Bauserman personally came and picked me up from the airport after I flew in from Florida and took me to get my Subaru Forester, the car I was trading in. He did me a solid since my sister was unable to pick me up due to my flight being 6 hours behind schedule. Once back at the dealership we started test driving cars, Gage was very helpful in finding me a car that I was comfortable in and enjoyed driving but never pressured me into buying anything I didnt like. One of the cars I liked felt like the alignment wasnt quite right and McGrath got it right into the shop to check out the issue no problem! The next day, after sleeping on the deal I was offered, decided to buy the Hyundai Veloster and received a stupendous deal on my trade. Gage came into work on his day off to finalize the deal with me just so I could get on the road to Florida asap and see my fiancee. Bryon the finance guy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting the numbers situated. I got a great interest rate staying near my monthly budget and had a great time talking with him. Overall I couldnt be happier with my car buying experience and I owe it all to the excellent staff at McGrath! Thank you :) -Blake Mohon

Caring and Friendly Employees: I am considering buying a rebuilt/previously salvaged car. From the CarFax I could see that it was bought from and serviced at McGrath, and that it had been at their shop post-accident. On the off chance that a business would provide me any details of the damage to the car knowing I was not purchasing from them, I contacted McGrath. Within 15 minutes of sending my message through their website the Internet Sales Associate called me and gave me a number to their collision center. The Collision Center Associate asked if I could hold for a few minutes and came back with a description of the vehicles damage. I called later and spoke directly to their insurance rep in the collision center who gave me even more details. All of this personal, fast and friendly service from associates who are aware that I am not even buying a car from them! I can only guess that they were just doing it because they are just good people to begin with, and work for a company that promotes being friendly and helping others regardless of it being related to profit. Thank you for your time and effort, and for just being good people.

If you like window shopping this place is NOT for you. The people were nice, but not a fan of the sales model which has them pick a car for you. Our experience was that once we got there they hurry you inside to tell them what youre interested in (no time to browse the lot). The sales person will disappear for a bit and return having pulled up in a car, that matches your preferences. They show you all the features and offer a test drive. During the test drive they probe to gauge your interest (which is fair) but if you are interested they tell you that you have to "be flexible" on the price, meaning they are showing you a car outside your price range. From the 3 cars we drove, none of them were in the range we asked for, and all of them had been sitting on the lot for a while, so they just push their older inventory. I had been on their website and saw a few cars I was interested in seeing in person, but after the first test drive I realized unless I asked I wasnt going to see that car, but by then we were put off by the directions things were going and went elsewhere and got a great deal and excellent service.
