If I ever hear the name M & M Auto Sales or Mike Marak or if I could some how let folks know never to step foot in this dealership, I would. A vehicle was purchased there on May 19, 2011 only to drive a few miles and the engine light came on. Checking it out later, only to find out the transmission was bad. Went back to the dealership on June 3, 2011to talk but the owner, he wasnt in. He was suppose to be in at or around 2 oclock that same day but didnt show. I asked the sales person and gave him my phone # to get a return call. To date the only thing I have received from him is a letter from his attorney after he was served with Small Claims papers. This vehicle was purchased by an 18 year old with money saved for college. All we wanted was Mr. Marak to talk to us and he didnt have the decency to do that. Hope you see why I decided to publish this statement.

biggest crooks ever, i totaly agree with the other reviews. bought my vehicle from them got a flashing SES light on the way home. i called them the next day(they were closed by the time the light came on) perry tells me not to worry about the light his car has had one for ever, and that it wasnt a big deal as long as it wasnt flashing. when i told him it was flashing he hangs up on me. so far i have $600 in new parts and a appointmant at the mechanic next week. while i was purchasing the vehicle he showed me receipts for a bunch of new parts they had put on, all of wich i found to be the origanal parts when i changed them. DO NOT BUY FROM M&M AUTO SALES, unless you like buying junk and being without a vehicle for a month afterwards

I purchased my 2004 Ford Explorer on 5-4-2016 and was given a tempory tag that expires on 6-16-2016. It is 6-15-2016 and still no title or registration. I called the dealership and was told it is only a ticket. I am in school for my cdl liscense and cant have any tickets. Which means I have to park my Explorer until I get my title and plates. You would think if you owe so much to the bank as a dealership that they cant get the title from the bank they wouldnt buy so many vehicles to put customers in this position. From what I have read they have had several complants about this same issue. I would not recomend buying a vehicle from this company.

Had a great salesman and got a great deal on the vehicle. The after care needs some work. I have been trying to get ahold of these people for a couple days now, always have to leave a message. My tag that they gave me is expired. I still have not received my title or license, and i purchased my car 2-20-2016. What am I supposed to do now? If I havent received it by the time i get home, I will be in tomorrow to get this situation fixed and YOU will be paying for my gas to get there.

Couldnt be more thrilled! It was a very comfortable experience, and no pressure! I knew exactly what I wanted and there was no upsell, to something out of my budget. Talking with Mike, I felt like I had known him awhile! When Im in the market again, this will be my first stop & last stop! I cant thank you enough!

AMAAAAAAZING EXPERIENCE! !! Hit nearly every lot between cr and marion. Same old hassles and over priced vehicles. After going to M M Im a customer for life. Great inventory and even better customer service and pricing. Recommended a thousand times over!!!

Drove a car they had on their lot I only took it a block and turned around. It was in such poor condition. I asked the salesperson if they had any decent cars on the lot and he said that they try to find nicer vehicles but they were hard to find.
