12/23/2015 Reason For Visit Sales (Used) "AMAZING!!!!!!!" My wife and I needed a car to suit our growing familys needs. We simply went in to Rivera Toyota to look, but were blown away the minute we walked in. We were greeted by the polite, well spoken, John Rossi. John showed us the certified pre owned vehicles we were interested in and took us for a test drive after explaining the new way Rivera Toyota aims to do business. When we decided that the vehicle we test drove was not the one we wanted, John presented us with three more certified pre owned options with less milage, in different colors. He said they wanted very much to earn our business and were willing to do whatever it took, but there was absolutely no pressure. I could call him whenever I wanted to continue or cancel our purchasing process. Two days later, I called John and he put together an incredible trade-in, and price on the exact certified vehicle my wife had been eyeing right down to the interior color. For those who know the auto business, you know that finding the exact pre-owned vehicle you are looking for is like finding a needle in a haystack. Alan in finance put together a very fair payment plan with an excellent interest rate for us as well. I went a couple of days later with my three year old to see the actual vehicle we were purchasing. I met the general manager, Liam, who is a very nice guy, as well as Doreen at the front desk who promptly won over my son with a giant gingerbread cookie. John Rossi then came and took me to see our vehicle. Before it was even detailed, it was a 9/10! Have you ever seen a leased car that has been returned at the end of a lease? Usually they are filthy. Not this one. John even took care of two tiny little items on the car that needed to be added/replaced before it was delivered to make it a perfect 10/10. We picked our awesome new certified pre-owned Toyota SUV up three days later and my wife was thrilled with her new daily driver and all of its luxuries/safety features! Lenny in finance took care of all of the paperwork, and was as easy going and kind as could be to us and our kids! John went over the car with my wife and came up just to close out our sale on his day off! Marcella at the front desk was playing with the kids and gave them cookies and a coloring book to have while we were finishing up with everything . What car dealer does this??!!! I have family members who owned two dealerships for many years, and I am a car guy....a very intense car guy! My relatives agreed that this dealer is truly doing right by their customers, and said that we were given an excellent deal on the car that we want and need, especially considering the laundry list of options it came with, high demand for this particular vehicle, and low mileage on the odometer. Bottom line is that I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships. John Rossi and Rivera Toyotas superior staff are the best I have ever dealt with hands down. It would be well worth your time to stop in if you are in the market for a car. I wouldnt take the time to write this detailed of a review if I didnt think they were the best in the area. Oh boy where do I even begin with this place. No amount of words can describe this place, its fantastic pure and simple. (This review is long but it deserves to be that way... Read on to see why!) For Christmas me and my mother thought getting a car would be perfect this time. Originally I was going to head out to CT for a used car. Turns out the dealership was a scrapyard. I spent countless hours looking and searching for the right car. No luck so I decided to head out to a nearby Curry Toyota dealership. But my mother insisted we go to Rivera Toyota & Scion (As she bought her 2010 Toyota Venza from there). At the time my mother nor myself knew the name of this place so I looked up some reviews and assumed that Toyota North was the location and I did not want to go at all. We ended up going on December 12th and I was dead wrong... Rivera T&S has the best atmosphere I have ever experienced, everyone was friendly, its a beautiful place, and every employee excels at their job. Roberto helped me with my purchase (I am 18 and this would be my first car) and that man is awesome. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable, stressed, pressured, forced on something. When arriving he was waiting right outside and after greeting each other he took us out to see a 2011 Toyota Tacoma... I was in love already.It looked perfect and Roberto asked if I wanted to test it or if he should drive it. After watching him drive, I knew all about the neat features, knew bits of his personal life outside of work, just wow. I felt like I known Roberto all my life as if he was a family member. Upon return he also showed me a Prius and a Scion, telling me all about the two but I was sold on the truck as expected. Finalizing my payments and all the paper work, etc., was a breeze, though a drag it was made easy because of Roberto and another employee (Im a terrible person I forgot his name forgive me!) both were equally amazing and such good professionals at making sure that myself and my mother were content and satisfied. Before coming to Rivera T&S, I wanted a GM vehicle and it would take a lot of convincing for me to get a non GM car. And some GM trucks are way out of my budget, but Roberto helped me with that problem. I got to take my Tacoma home and the feeling was so great, couldnt even believe that this was my first car thanks to Roberto. Even giving me his card should anything happen. An amazing man indeed who truly does care and takes business seriously to ensure youre 200% satisfied. I wouldve felt awfully terrible if I never saw him to buy the Tacoma, hes such a nice guy and you can easily see that, and my day could not have gotten any better because of him. In the end, this establishment is beyond fantastic and if youre a Yankees fan, its a must to go here! Youll probably get a free keychain as well after your purchase... If I were looking for another vehicle or if any of my friends were, I would tell them and annoy them by saying Rivera Toyota & Scion is the way to go! Roberto if you ever see/hear about this, thank you so much it means the world to me!

I was in need of a new car and went with my mother to purchase one at Rivera Toyota. We had selected this dealership because of the glowing reviews and needless to say, the service we received far exceeded our expectations. The sales consultant, Robert Boyle, was outstanding: He made us feel very comfortable and we really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and frankness. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make our experience stress free. Never did we feel like we were being pressured and his patience was boundless as he addressed all of our concerns. He made the entire negotiation process as painless as possible and gave us a fantastic price (bought a 2016 Corolla) -we couldnt have asked for more. At the end, Robert even gave me a detailed tutorial of my new car as I was a bit unfamiliar with some of its gadgets. Thank you Robert! you are truly an asset to Rivera Toyota and a genuinely nice person. In fact, everyone working here from the receptionist to the finance manager, Alan Nadler, was extremely nice and enhanced our overall experience. After a previous awful experience at another dealership, my mother was especially wary when it came to the finance portion of this purchase, but Alan alleviated all of our fears and guided us through the cumbersome paperwork process smoothly. He is another gem at Rivera. At the very end, there were no surprise price changes and everything was what we had agreed upon -very trustworthy employees. If you ever need to purchase a Toyota and wish for a painless experience, me and my mother highly highly recommend going to Rivera Toyota. I hardly ever write reviews, but the exceptional service we received here wholeheartedly deserves all of my 5 stars; Id give 10 stars if I could...
