Cuando realize mi compra muy amables y atentos, el vendedor me indico si por algun problema que tuviera mi articulo ellos mandarian un tecnico, a 10 meses de haber adquirido mi cama se le hizo un ollo, y cual fue la respuesta de la tienda que ellos no mandan tecnicos y que yo tengo que llevar mi cama a la tienda. Me dieron el numero de atencion al cliente, pase 20 minutos esperando a que me atendieran, y nunca me contesto un representante. Eso indica el mal servicio al cliente que tiene esta empresa. De haberlo sabido hago mi negocio en cualquier otro lado. Que falta de respeto al cliente.

I been purchasing items from there for years with a credit from rooms to go. They never informed me that I have to make additional payments for items bought at the outlet even though the amount goes up. I called today due to a 700 interest charged over a year and no payments going to the outlet items. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager and he asked me to go up there to fix it . When I went up there he was rude and didnt want to help me and said to call the credit card company they use they just sell items but there the ones that offer that finanace And know to tell there customers to call and make payments to the outlet if not th payments dont come off for outlet items. He was rude unprofessional. I spent so much money at that outlet and stores so now for the rudeness and not caring to help me when he could I will no longer go there and will loose business a lot of business do not go to the outlet if ur using a rooms to go credit card total rip off, u might as well To to the store and buy the items new. The thing that bothers me the most is how unprofessional this so called manager acted and treated his customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! After waiting at least 20 minutes after my boys found the bedroom sets they wanted still hadnt nobody said hello or asked if we needed help. I saw a young man and asked if he could help us. He said "Im a warehouse person Ill get someone to help you." Another 15 minutes went past and still no help. I asked the young lady at the front desk for a store manager. She said she couldnt find him but Jay the assistant manager could help us. When I saw him I realized he was one of the 15 workers that had walked past us numerous times. I expressed my frustration and his response was "We were busy moving stuff in the store." Instead of making a furniture sale of three boys, theyd rather move stuff around in the store. Good job! I asked for the regional managers number. They didnt have it but gave me customer service number. I called complained and was told someone would call me. Still no response.

I selected a queen headboard for purchase. I was told by the not very friendly sales person that they didnt have the frame and I said that was ok. When it was wrung up, two barcodes were scanned from the tag. One for the headboard, and the other for an item with the description "QN PLT W/RLS/SLATS". I thought that meant that they really did have the frame and paid. When I went to pick it up they said they didnt have the second scanned item. The manager refused to credit the amount for that item. He said it was wrong. That slats should only be 5.99. I FELT I WAS CHEATED. I sent an email to Customer Service 3 days ago and havent heard a word from them. On a brighter note, the guys who helped load my purchase into my car were awesome. It took several tries to get the headboard in and they were friendly the whole time.

Run Away.. Go to Nebraska Furniture I bought a living room set for about 1300$. When the delivery truck came he tried to make pay 30$ more because I changed the address!! I insisted that Im not paying anything more. He and his colleagues started setting the living room set in my apartment I it was destroyed to the bad storing and moving condition. The tables paint was scratched and full of dents. PLUS they forgot to bring one of the tables. On the hand I had a great experience with Nebraska Furniture. Free delivery, they take a good care of your stuff, and very helpful costumer service. And they call me to make sure that Im satisfied. Dont be sorry.. You can lookup my name in your database and call me personally to say sorry and try to fix this.. Im going to spread the word.. Rooms to go is waste of money..

Customer service was awful. We walked in and all the sales associates were sitting at the front of the store. No one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. We walked around the warehouse and when we finally walked back to the front, two of the sales associates asked us how we were doing. One sales associate had the nerve to say oh Im just being lazy switching between the Rangers game and the hurricane footage. Well its obvious you are being lazy. We asked about the outlet sales ad and she said she had no idea, we showed her the ad from the website she said she didnt know and didnt attempt to find out, she went back to looking at the Rangers score. Its safe to say I wont be back.

No problems at the store received courtesy and help. The problem is with the delivery, I was told by clerk at the store that the contractor carrier would take good care and wrap items...they did not! Resulting in 5 DEEP CRATCHES THAT werent at the store! Second while they mishandled the sofas to the point of breaking. The problem is that Rooms to go make you sign a statement that they are not responsible and the delivery guy said that was the way they got it...leaving you with damaged furniture for a payment of $85.00. RTG should be responsible until delivery. I recommend that If you buy something take good pictures and make the RTG clerk acknowledge. Otherwise buy new!

The loading crew is great!!!however, the cashiers Celeste and Melissa are terrible!!! Proper customer service education is defiantly required and salesperson Elizabeth would benefit from the training as well. At the end of the day, I paid greater than $1300 for all items purchased but Was not satfisfied with their delivery of client services. Elizabeth was concerns about garland at the register instead of fullfilling the demands of the consumers. I dont plan on returning to purchase any other items until proper Inservice is performed. I did not receive the legs to the sectional I purchased but I dont want to deal with those unprofessional group of individuals again

The salesman, Mark, is the only reason Im giving 2 stars. I was very annoyed at the way they handled the "lines" at pick up. After watching other customers cross lanes, when it was our turn we were not allowed. They let 4 people skip us. After spending almost $800 on a mattress and media chest, we had to wait 45 minutes while watching customers, who got in line after us, get their furniture first. Then listen to an associate talk about "people not knowing how lines work." The people on the loading docks are very rude. They also scraped my furniture when loading it. Needless to say, I will not be returning or using my RTG credit card anymore. Very disappointed.
