This company has one of the worst customer service, not only do they treat their customers rude, they also threatened to call the cops on you for trying to work with them. I visited their moorhead store last week to make an exchange for furniture and I was willing to pay more for what I wanted, but they lied about their manager not around and then they said they dont make exchanges, they were very rude and I promised not to ever go back there again.

The gentleman with the English accent is beyond rude. Never been treated or talked to so rudely by a salesperson in my life. Very unprofessional. I will say the warehouse workers were very polite and helpful. But we will not by visiting this location ever again
