Staff was ok. The problem is with the quality of their products and their refusal to make things right when things don’t go as expected. We bought an ottoman with warranty and after a couple of moths the top pillow started moving to the sides and it just looks awful. Long story short, they refuse to make things right, no fix, no return, nothing. My advice if you’re looking for furniture is to save your money and buy cheaper stuff from other bargain furniture retailers. Trust me their products will look cheap in a few months anyway. If you truly want great furniture spend a little more and get it custom made. I will never shop there again and will tell all my contacts about our story when they ask for a recommendation. Thanks for nothing La Z Boy.

We recently purchased our family room furniture from Lazyboy in Grapevine TX after shopping several other stores and recommend you do also. Not only did we find our saleslady helpful, it was the only store that the store manager came over to welcome us! Although the prices were higher, our saleslady was able to tell us why by demonstrating the furniture and showing us construction features that go into the product. No other store was able to provide as much information nor treated us as well as Lazyboy.

Awful. Everything, every thing was screwed up. 1. Price tag "wrong." 2. Price difference was $1000.00. Not kidding, no negotiating, despite a printed contract with another price. 3. Delivery date and time not as estimated or as scheduled. Showed up a day early. 4. Lastly, tried to deliver a second "identical" love seat recliner another day. 5. Forgot to say the electric plugs do not work on the sofa. Seriously, every single part of this transaction was messed up. 2/2017.

Was told that there was a lifetime warranty when I bought the most expensive chair they had. Now no one will help me or even make an attempt to listen to me, including the General Manager of the store. If you need a recliner, dont believe their hype about warranty....its all just so much baloney.

I received an incomplete order I tried to resolve the issue with Shirley Fitzjarrald, the store manager. She was rude. Once she hung up on me. it has been 5 months and I still do not have all of my items. Stay away from this store I am very up happy with my experience
