Ive seen the negative reviews that have been posted about this store, and they caused me to hesitate about visiting their location in Moorhead when we were in need of a new couch. That being said, we went there two weeks ago and found the salesperson to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of couches we were interested in. We settles on a reclining loveseat and put 500 dollars down on it, with the balance to be paid when it would be delivered today, which would be another 300 or so dollars. The delivery was right on time when I was told it would be, the two delivery guys were extremely friendly, polite, and fast. They hauled out the gigantic monstrosity of a couch weve had for the past couple of years at no extra charge, put the loveseat together, rang up the balance, and they were so good, I even had them put a 20 buck tip on my card. Now, I know not every customer will experience things the same way, but we are so happy with our new seating arrangement, and the service we received that were going back to Furniture for Less next month to pick out a recliner that will match the new loveseat. After that, we want to get new end tables and who knows? I guess the lesson here is to evaluate a place for yourself, and not just go by reviews online. I wish we had gone in to this place a lot sooner than we did.

I bought a sectional from these people and it was absolutely horrid. It broke within 2 weeks of having it. So I brought the broken section to the store to have it fixed. Instead of fixing the issue they propped up the damaged board with a 1/2 inch of plywood. Well the crap plywood was obviously too short to support the originally damaged part of the couch. They then asked me to bring it back once more to fix it. So I brought it and they said that the couch has experienced catastrophic damage - literally said catastrophic. I dont know about anyone else but I do not do anything that would cause this type of damage unless sitting on your furniture qualifies. LOL- when I brought it back the second time they said that they pride themselves on the quality of their services. Well that obviously is not true or else I would have had to bring the garbage sectional in originally. I would never recommend this company to any one.

I bought a chair for $350.00 in two weeks it broke.A spring popping out of the back of the chair.the foot rest broke.The chair was complete junk.So I called the store and this is what they told me.I can bring the chair in in which I will have to pay for repairs,or they can send someone out at a rate of $29.00 service charge and they can take the chair and get it fixed at my cost.The way I figure it is the $29.00 for the service fee is probably there cost of the chair,so they get paid again.What crooks.No customer service at all.I do not recommend you buy anything at this store.Its kind of funny,they are nice to you when they are trying to sell you there junk and after they con you into it buy telling you what quality the junk is.You take the furniture home it breaks then you see their evil side.Do not purchase anything at either store,West Fargo.Moorhead

Bought a bedroom set on sale from Furnitiure For Less, set was finalized, payed in full on that day. I get a call the next day that the sale was made incorrectly and it should have been $100 more than originally sold. Instead of owning their mistake, they wanted me to pay the difference and also told me that the nightstand that we bought was no longer in stock and they refused to order in more. We were told that the nightstand would be available to us with the rest of the set. So now I dont get a nightstand and I have to pay more than the original invoice that was already paid in full. On the order it said "all sales final", well apparently that only applies if the customer refuses to pay, if the store screws up they can change whatever they want!!!!! Not a great way to bring back customers....

We came from out of town to buy an advertised mattress set only to be told they did not have any in stock so we asked about the next set up and they did not have that either, but they sure had the more expensive set available. We left and wont go back....lesson to learn, call the store before you waste the day and make sure they have what is advertised.

Decent prices but sales change constantly so one week youll think its a good deal, next week its lower. But the staff is pleasant and they dont bug you if you dont need em. Lots of options, best deals on kids mattresses for quality and price in the area. We personally checked it out.
