Very bad furniture quality!!!!! I had a very bad experience!!!! I don t recomend this furniture. Compre una sala modular la cual salió llena de defectos, rechinaba toda la madera y venía rota y rasgada la tela, afortunadamente tenía aseguranza y tardaron como 2 meses en venir a repararla ya q no tenia ni 6 meses q la acaba de comprar, finalmente vino una persona a revisarla la abrió completamente y no le hizo nada ordenó unas partes y se fue dejándome todo mi piso nuevo de madera rallado con las grapas de la sala. Reporte lo sucedido día Hasta hoy nadie se ha hecho responsable hable a las oficinas de houston q la manager encargada todo el tiempo estuvo de vacaciones. Yo me quedé con una sala de muy mala calidad y un piso rallado por la negligencia y mala calidad de este producto. Honestamente esta muebleria no merece ni una estrella.

I have purchased close to $3000 in bedroom and dining room furniture from the Arlington Ashley Furniture store. I was specifically told by the delivery service that we were going to have our furniture delivered by Thanksgiving. Needless to say, the day before Thanksgiving our furniture shows up, however, the king size bed frame was broken. Ashley was not going to do anything about it until we called to say we need something to sleep on. Later that night we were provide king bed rails to use. We got back in touch with Ashley to re schedule a delivery and was told that it would take an additional two weeks for a new frame to come in. Mind you, that we had already waited two weeks for the broken one to come in. A few weeks ago the new one came in and was “assembled”. Just a few days ago we had to go back into Ashley and talk with the customer service manager because our bed is already coming apart! Another contract employee came to repair our bed and had to re build our bed because it wasn’t put together properly. The manager stated to use when we were at the store that she would call us to see how we were doing after the fix. She never called to ask. Ashley has not showed any empathy during this nightmare of a purchase. Would highly consider looking elsewhere for quality furniture that won’t come apart and employees who actually have the heart to care. ***UPDATE*** Ryan from customer experience helped me with my furniture problems and have not had an issue since.

my family and i have been a customer of ashleys and spent lots of money with them in the past. recently on september 24th. i came in to purchase a bedroom set with a sectional. i ask the lady to please set my deliver date for October 8th because that is my move in date for my new apartment. The lady said that wouldnt be an issue so i believed her and finished my ordering process. i came back september 28th because i wanted to switch out the sectional i originally ordered for a different sofa. upon reading the order form i realized at the top it said estimated delivery date "october 11th" mind you it says ESTIMATED. so i asked the customer service girl and she said it usually takes up to 3 weeks from the purchase date. i was so furious. have i known that i would have went to another furniture store to get what i want and when i want it. The sales lady "nelda" did not inform me that they didnt havnt the order in stock and that it needed to be shipped from out of state. to me i felt like she was just more worried about her commission then to help satisfy my needs. such liars! ALSOOO, i noticed on my order paper that she charged me warranty on my items which was over $100, she did not ask me if i wanted that and instead she added to my order without my permission. Anyways my name is Susan Ha, i am under my sisters google account in case you decide to investigate into my order.

The worst place you can go for the furniture ... they have the worst customer service and will screw up your orders if i can give them a ZERO star i will ... they messed up my order... i have made an order back in may in the memorial day weekend it was paid in full then two days after i went in again made sure everything was okay and they said it was fine u should receive your order on the 12 of july i called them on the 11th of july to make sure everything is okay and i found out that my order was cancelled out of no freaking where by corporate and they said that they have nothing that they can do and just go talk to the store ... i went to the store and i talked to the manger that was on duty she said there is nothing that she can do and i should wait untill the store manger come from his days off so i have waisted 5 days going back and forth with them trying to get everything straightened and when i have talked to the customer service number that they gave me they said that there is nothing called an order gets cancelled by corporate and only the person who made the purchase can go in to the store physically and cancelle the order which we did not do .... im in front of the store right now going to talk to the store manger his name is Scott house and i will see what he can do for us about that messed up service and i will continue on after the visit

I have been shopping at Ashley furniture for quite some time, in fact all of my furniture in my home, is Ashley. I love it ! It looks good, lasts and is good quality. HOWEVER, their delivery system sucks. In each case getting the furniture after it is purchased is like pulling teeth. I could see if it is one time but its every time! In this case I have now waited one MONTH and my furniture is STILL not in the warehouse and not even remotely close to being in my home. I understand Ashleys program, but when a customer has to call 4 times, gets no response from the company and the company does not care enough to have specific follow up well thats unacceptable. Cleary their is no accountability by any person on the staff to insure follow up. As I write this comment I am actually on hold with an associate who says and I quote ... Well it looks like it might be in tomorrow.. Seriously.. and now I have been transferred three times.. I still have no ETA on my furniture.. Still no time, no plan and its a consistent behavior and whats worse is no one... Can handle giving me an answer. Thanks for making me feel great about my purchase making me feel like i am not worth much to you guys!

Went in the store in March 2016 to buy bedroom furniture for master and kids bedroom. Sales guy messed the complete order up. We financed one bedroom and paid cash for the other. The first order was delivered and missing pieces paid for delivery and setup and they didnt set bedroom furniture up then sent the guy back out to bring other piece the same day. He came in his personal vehicle because he was off work. The financing was done through regional finance and no one in the store knows how to do it. They completed it ran our credit and we signed paperwork. They said it had to be reviewed by the account dept. Called 3 weeks later had to redo paperwork and they ran my credit again after sitting in the store 5 hrs they gave me contract and I signed then told me she had to let her manager look at it on 05/01/2016. Today is 05/02/2016 called the store someone named crystal put me on hold for 20 mins then told me she couldnt find anything and doesnt know who I need to talk to she gave me the number to corporate . I called corporate and was told the same thing. So my $800 I paid on down payment is still in their hands and I have no furniture. Getting ready to file a suit.
