Yo compre muebles en esta compania y compre aseguranza todo cash le venden la aseguranza por 5 años pase lo que pase y luego despues de un año no responden y los mandan con la compania de la aseguranza y no les Dan garantia de nada yo no recomiendo que no compren en esas muebleria y ni los muebles son de madera es un material que parese madera y el trato de la gente que tienen es horrible no solucion an nada I buy furniture in this company and buy insurance all cash will sell insurance for 5 years no matter what happens and then after a year do not respond and send them to the company of the insurance company and not give them a guarantee of anything I would not recommend do not buy in those muebleria and neither are wooden furniture is a wooden material parese and treatment of people who have no solution is an awful nothing

First time ever shopping with Canales Furniture and I must say from the moment I stepped in I was made to feel more than welcomed! They were extremely patient with me and made sure I knew of all choices available to me. The young lady there walkrd me through my choices based on the measurements of my apartment and helped me to realize what I really wanted- a sectional may not work best with tbe space I have and my desire to constantly "switch things up a bit"!! Im so grateful for them all and will most definitely do business with them again in the near future! Thanks Canales! #BestStaffEver! ***Update*** Just recieved a call informing the furniture I chose isnt in production and would be a 2-3 month wait! This is a huuuuge disappointment and inconvenience to my family as Ive already thrown out old furniture anticipating delivery of tge new furniture today! Ive already purchased new decor for what Id chosen and this is a certainly a detail the company should definitely check into and advise the customer accordingly in order to make an informed decision for their needs! Horrible day of experience

The furniture and prices are GREAT! I am only scoring it 3 stars because my last time there about a month wasnt a good experience. My husband and I was there sitting with sales agent and she was not very helpful. 2 different sales rep came to ask us if we needed hlp because we was looking lost because sales lady wasnt really helping. We tried giving her a chance because she seemed new. Fast forward and long story short, while trying to gv her a chance she ended up walking off on us right when we made final decision to hlp a Hispanic customer and never came bck. Yes she was hispanic also if u are wondering. She was smiling while speaking with her but never smiled once while assisting us. We ended up walking out the store very dissatisfied.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from the different Canales stores. The experience I had with the Arlington store has been the worst. I did get what I wanted, the salesman was helpful, however, I did not get delivery when I wanted. He kept giving me different days and different time frames. Then I had to call and check on delivery because it did not arrive. I paid for delivery but it took my furniture 3 weeks to get here. On top of that, I did 90 days same as cash. Well 6 months later I am paying for the furniture. Beware of 90 days same as cash. Although thats what I asked for, you have to call and reinforce that option.

i will give 5 stars to the store it self and the staff inside it .... but they have the rudest manager i ever saw in my life ... he can easily change his mined in a deal you made with the salesmen .... and i am not talking about one time or two times but he did it three times ....and after the last time he told me if you dont like it you can go to another store .... can you believe that ??? .... i will never go back to this store again ... and diffidently not recommend any one to go to this store unless this manager is been kicked out ....

Best experience ever! Courtney Mitchell was our sales guy and honestly I felt like I was talking to a family member instead of sales guy! His approach seem really genuine and honest and I would refer anyone to him and Canales furniture store! Weve had bad experiences with other furniture people and dealing with Courtney made us realize there are still people out there in sales that care about the customer! My wife enjoyed his service as well and we always tell people about him and the store! Thank you Courtney so much and we wish you the best!

Me and my wife were looking to buy furniture for our first apartment and we needed a good deal on it, immediately we thought of Cortney because he is always so willing to help and gives some of the greatest deals! Cortney was very informative and eager to help us find the perfect furniture for our place. He made the financing part super easy to understand and gave us plenty of time to pay it off before interest started accumulating. Id recommend Canales Furniture to anyone and everyone and have sent family to him for the hook up.

Management really puts a lot of effort into making this business the best, and really know how to manage staff, I always get all my furniture here, however the creditors they work with suck very unprofessional, their mistakes make the furniture store look bad. I suggest shopping and paying upfront. Delivery was not so great for me,,too many mistakes and inconveniences for me. Over all Canales furniture is a good place to shop, will continue to aquire my household items here.

This place is amazing. My wife and I came in for a single piece and were more than impressed. Cortney assisted us and made the experience comfortable and easy. He is delightful and understanding in all of our needs. We will be returning for ALL of our furniture needs in the future. This place has has quality, quantity, and above all else; incredible customer service. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience.

I have been using this furniture store for several years. I keep coming back for a reason. They really go out of their way to satisfy their customers and will meet or beat the competition every time. The service as well as the furniture is high quality. Today was no exception. Cortney from the Block assisted me. He was very patient with me and helped me find exactly what I needed. Great service from the entire staff. My family and I arrived to a welcoming staff at Canales Furniture. Cortney was extremely helpful in selecting best mattress for our needs. He had answers to every question and bent over backwards to accommodate delivery that fit with our schedules. Highly recommend and will be outfitting our new home with brand new furniture from Canales when we move in January.

Well to begin with, the service here was great and very informative. The cleanliness of the place was great and the employees were very welcoming. Good variety of furniture and good quality products for very reasonable prices. They also offer home delivery and installment so that was also one of the good things about this place. Definitely returning, Im not sure when but I will haha
