Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere my entire life. If you like someone being rude to you this is the place to go. Spent four thousand with this store and was told we had to pick up the lamps becouse they get damaged if they deliver them. I was browsing to buy an additional love seat while my wife went to get the lamps. The salesperson tried to get her to sign saying we accepted the lamps before we even saw them. I guess when she told him no it made him get very offensive. When I came over to inspect the lamps site enough there was something wrong with one of them. He told me thats what they had and I would have to take them. Thats when I told him no sir. Long story short worst experience I have ever had anywhere my entire life. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different store that knows what customer service means!

Terrible service, rude and unprofessional. Takes 8 weeks to get something and they dont deliver to the store you have to pick it up in Dallas. Or pay $100.00 to deliver. Ikea is better, cheaper, nicer, and same day pick up.
