If i could i would give no stars! We went on a sunday hours are 12-5 We went there at 12:15 with a positive attitude because we had seen some deals that were a steal! We were greated at the door by a lady named destiny very nice lady. Too talkative though. We went in there not knowing what we were looking for and she just kept bashing us with questions we had no idea how to answer because she just kept asking. Well we made a decision and they told us whats so sweet about us is we do same day delivery! we thought you know that exactly what we need! Well we asked for same day delivery because we just wanted it done already. I specifically asked what time it would get delivered because we had something we had to do that evening. They told us before they closed. (5 p.m.) okay so we went on our way. We waited and waited. 3:45 p.m hit and we were thinking where is our furniture. We called the store they told us its ready for shipping they were just waiting for the guys that deliver to come back and pick it up to deliver to us and we would get a call 30 minutes before they are on there way to us. 4:15 hit and still no call we called again and they told us that the delivery guys got stuck is dallas (we live in arlington) that it might be a bit late just a little later than 5 p.m. we were getting irritated because they assured us before 5 p.m. when we were at the store ... It is now 6:28 p.m. no call no way to contact the store because they are closed. We are late to the event we have planned to go to. Very unproffesional, they are liars. We could have at least been advised earlier than 4:15 so we could have rescheduled the delivery!

Decent prices and selection, but horrible customer service. Rick, the manager, promised to take back the couch set we purchased if it was within a day and my wife decided she didnt like it. Turns out he lied to me to get the sale. I called him literally within 24 hours of purchasing the couch and he went back on his word, saying that since it had been unwrapped on sat in my house for more than a couple hours, he would not take it back. I reminded him of what he said and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked for a restocking fee, and to return the couches, completely wrapped up and in perfect condition. He said he wouldnt do anything at all to help me out, not even charge me a restocking fee, which is more than fair. So if you like dealing with people who dont keep their word, and will lie to you just to make a sale, then by all means buy here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and dont waste your time.

Me and my wife Nadia had a wonderful time shopping for furniture. Usually you have people bugging you while your trying to find what your looking for but not here they know there stuff. They have awesome prices and the whole experience with Ross was fast and easy, it felt super easy and they have protection plans for anything you get for pennies on the dollar. This is the best place to go people and if your going to Rooms To Go or Ashleys or and of these corp. stores your just waistline time cause they have all the name brand there at while sale. I know it sounds crazy for me to write this much but I had to share something that was worth writing about and American Frieght is worth it. Thank yall for reading . Adam And Nadia Chavez

I was referred by a friend to check this place out for mattress for my son. As soon as I walk in I was greeted by Davia! Very professional. I then told him I was referred to Anthony by my friend. No pressure just a okay and walked away. After speaking with Anthony and making a decision I preceeded to the front counter. Where I seen Ross speaking with a customer and being very polite. Sean another customer representative was on the phone being very polite with another customer. I loved the prices and quality of furniture I seen. The atmosphere was very friendly and not sale sale sale! I will be returning for future purchases and referring family and friends! Thanks for the Outstanding customer service!

If you special order furniture that you see online, you will not get your merchandise until another 4-6 weeks. I paid for my items in full and still was told that because their store is based off of asset inventory, I had to wait until another truck comes in! The manager Michael is very obnoxious and not trying to assist. You can tell that hes not used to African Americans coming in the store and paying for things in full. However the Assitant Manager Sean was more than helpful and assured me he would do the best he could to get my medchandise as soon as possible. I wont buy anything else from here. I would just go to a big name furniture store instead next time.

the warehouse is huge. they have a lot of furniture and very affordable. the staffs seem intimidating b/c they are all guys and big, but very nice and polite. One thing i really appreciate is their honesty. they dont have the sofa and love seat that i ordered. they called me and offered the same price for similar set but a little more expensive. I called back and asked if they think the cushion is softer or harder than the one i had tried. the manager said that he is a big guy, over 200 lbs. so it would be different feel for him than for me. he encouraged me to revisit and try out the new set. that is a BIG PLUS.

Me and my husband walked in and saw a beautiful red and white couch for a great price. Then rick saw us and told us he had more inside. We went inside and fell in love with a lot of their furniture. We both ended up choosing a blue and grey sectional that was absolutely beautiful. We paid only 800 for it, the same day which we dont usually do since we shop around a lot, and got 2 free cream lamps that will go with it perfectly. Thanks rick for being patient with us. U have to shop here if you want cheap beautiful furniture for your entire home!!!!

So I recently made I a purchase at this location and the merchandise they have is great quality however delivery was not given at the time it said it would be . I waited till 12am for no reason. The communication sucked between all members of staff. I was missing an item that I had to go in person to pick up myself all the way in fort worth. So inconvenient. I did not have an overall good experience they cannot handle tax season so the best time to purchase is not around tax season.

I saw the flyer in the mail and I admit I was skeptical. I figured the prices were just designed to get you in the door, but I figured Id at least drop by. I was greeted by Ross, who was just as personable as can be, and who walked me all around the huge warehouse. Not only are their prices absolutely rock bottom, but he didnt even try to upsell me or get me to buy anything I didnt already want. Absolutely recommend Ross and American Freight!!
