We purchased a very nice sectional couch for around $3500 about 18 months ago with around $600 for an additional 5 year warranty. When the couch was delivered, there were long threads hanging from all of the pillows and there was a huge hole in the seat pillow where the stitching wasnt finished. They sent out a tech to sew the open seam, but didnt address the strings from the unsecured stitching. Over the course of the last year, just about every pillow now has a hole in it where that unsecured stitching has gradually come undone. I again called customer service, and was assisted by a gentleman named Kevin Brown. Kevin heard my story, and said that they dont usually provide free service after 1 year, but since it wasnt the first time I had this issue, he promised to have all of my pillow casings replaced by the factory. Over the course of the next 10 days I tried numerous times to contact Kevin and customer service via email and phone, but was either transferred to someones voicemail or ignored entirely. I still have yet to hear from anyone. Stacy has amazing furniture in the showroom, but the quality is severely lacking when your furniture arrives at your home. The quality is showroom only and customer services is pretty useless after youve paid for your furniture.

I have purchased 17 to 20 items over the years with Stacys Furniture. Love that store. I have always purchased from the Grapevine store. For the last year, my sales person has been "Stacy", no relative to the owners of Stacys Furniture. She has been wonderful to work with. Sure you have to pay up front when your item has to be ordered. That just keeps customers honest. Had my own business for years & we always requested full down payment upfront also. When you deal with the public, if you dont get money up front, many customers will change their mind & not take their order when it comes in. Peoples word is not their word anymore, unfortunately. I totally understand why their policy is paying up front. They would not stay in business if they did not have this policy. Have loved everything I have purchased & many of my items, I have found on their web-site & was not stocked in their warehouse, so it had to be ordered. Those items do take from 6 weeks to 3 months in some cases. I am willing to wait to get exactly what I want. Any little problem that I have had "Stacy" my sales person takes care of it very fast. Love her. I will be a customer for life.

I have no problem with how the floor people treat their customers, that part is great. I just am frustrated at how they led us on for months when we ordered additional matching chairs for our dinning table which we paid up front in full, only to find out MONTHS LATER they were discontinued. Sure they refunded our payment, but left me with no options after such a long wait. Now I have to get rid of my existing table and chairs as nothing can be found to match it! Dont promise what you are not sure you can deliver! Any suspicion that a long lead piece will be discontinued, dont take full payment on it until the factory confirms its availability! Otherwise you are likely leading your customers down a very unhappy path. The excuse that you cant predict when things will become discontinued is lame and invalid, because when you offer a piece for sale your customers have the reasonable expectation you will make sure it is NOT DISCONTINUED before you accept payment for it!

We loved the selections. The salesman was very attentive and informative. Those are definite pluses, but when we pay over $1000 for a dining room table, expecting it to be fully assembled, and delivered ready to go, there is no way that after 7 months with very limited usage we should have chairs on the verge of falling apart! When we called to inquire about the assembly, customer service asked us if we tried tightening the screws! So are we to spend our day inspecting and repairing six chairs and a table??? We have purchased furniture from less prestigious stores, and never had any loose screws to worry about. There was no apology for the inconvenience. It was only after the rep sensed my frustration did she offer to send someone out as long as we were still under warranty.

Horrible experience. Sales lady was very very rude. Kept saying buy now buy now, very pushy. made me feel dumb and stupid. Lied about everything. Bought anyways because i liked the couch. Asked about the 0% financing option said all they needed to do is run a credit report to make sure Im a candidate. Actually they signed me up for a credit card which i never asked for. Guess that could be my fault for not reading the whole document. I asked if i could pay my monthly bills with a credit card and they said yes. That is not true either. Bank account draft only. They just tell you whatever you want to buy stuff. Sales lady said she would follow up in 2-3 weeks to let me know about delivery. Been over 3 weeks and heard nothing. Very unprofessional store in my opinion

We went in looking for living room furniture. The salesman, Royce, was exceptionally helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. We were told that it would be delivered in 3 weeks. Unfortunately we got rid of our furniture the day before it was due. We didnt hear anything from Stacey & called about 4 days later. Royce said it should be shipped the following week. You dont realize how much you miss furniture until you have none! The next evening I called back & spoke with Ron Stacey who said we could have a loaner couch! WooHoo! Picked it up as soon as they opened & are happily awaiting the delivery of our new furniture.

Put everything together! I was overwhelmed about the abundant of furniture we were going to buy. We were re-modeling our entire home and changing our style of design. Stacy’s provided a sales person who took charge listen to me what I was wanting, and it was like she could read my mind. She (Shanon Tackett & Nancy Williams from Dorian int) sat with me, came out to my house and assessed my rooms, and put everything together.

Placed an order for a sofa and two chairs and was told it would take 8-10 weeks to custom make with our fabric selection. We have waited 16 weeks and still dont have our furniture. Our salesman seems annoyed when I call to inquire about it and does not return my phone calls. We have purchased furniture from Stacys in the past and had a much better experience. Not sure if I will be a returning customer in the future:((

Bought a dinning room hutch to go with our dinning room table. We have been searching high and low for the perfect match. Went to Stacys in Grapevine, walked in the front door and "boom" there it was. We got a picture and the measurements, went back home to make sure it was the right size for the space and then called our sales rep Scott Jackson and did the purchase over the phone. Thanks Scott and Stacys.

ordered a bedroom set which by the way was very expensive. staff are always helpful. the sales floor associate (Brandon) was very helpful. I can be a bit of a bother when it comes to a large purchase but Brandon remained helpful all the way. Before actual purchase I called there payment department which the young lady did not seem to friendly. Furniture looks great and is great quality. no complaints
