Terrible customer service! I received flowers from here from my husband who was very upset at how these flowers looked when I arrived home with them. He was not satisfied at all especially for the price he paid. They certainly didnt appear like they came from a flower shop. I probably could have arranged that better myself. He called and spoke with Liz (the owner) and she first offered him 50% off on another bouquet which was satisfactory but then gave him the full credit which I thought was great customer service. Things dont always go well 100% of the time but if you resolve the situation correctly, I think that says a lot. When my husband and I called back to use the credit on a new order, she then back tracked and was like Im not giving you the full credit because my designer is upset with me and said that the original arrangement was fine and our complaint as a customer was not acceptable. Really?? Then she said she wanted me to come to the flower shop to see the new order I was placing first before she would decide what credit if anything to offer and that this is the last time she would do business with us and hung up the phone. I ended up calling her back and told her to cancel all together. Its not about the credit at this point. Its about doing the right thing and following through with what you say youre going to do. Why would I want to do business again with this shop owner when she just decides not to honor what she said because her employee is mad at her. As a shop owner I expect her to provide better customer service and frankly to be more professional and honor what you committed to. Normally I do not write reviews but I feel very strong about warning people who might want to use Liz Lee Flowers to think twice. There are plenty of other floral shops nearby that are more professional, turn around a great product, and treat their customers better.

Nice flowers, horrible service! I never write negative reviews - this is my first and hopefully the only one. I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mothers birthday and the shop managed to get it wrong in almost every way. They messed up the delivery time, called the wrong number and ruined the surprise, asked me to email them the text for the birthday card and neglected to read the email and, on top of that, forgot to include the chocolates. All of this is would have led me to choose another shop next time, but I understand that things like this happen and its no big deal.. What tipped the scales for me was that when I called the shop and reported that the box of chocolates was missing from the gift, the owner, instead of fixing the problem and/or doing something nice to make up for the inconvenience, completely out of the blue, started yelling at me, declared that I am trying to cheat her, announced that she is cancelling the order and then - and this is the ugly part - actually sent a courier to my mothers house to take back the flowers. I find it very unfortunate that someone who trades in bringing their clients a little beauty and happiness to brighten up their day can do such ugly things and act so unprofessionally that it makes you wonder which part of the world you are in. My advice: if you are buying flowers to make someone happy, do it someplace else.

Liz is great to work with and will go out of her way to help you if you are in a tough situation (forget something?). She definitely has an eye for beauty and makes awesome bouquets and arrangements. I highly recommend this place. I recently went in to Liz Lee Flowers with my wife to get a centerpiece for my sister-in-laws engagement party. We brought in swatches of the colors she wanted and talked to Liz about the arrangement. I went to pick up the flowers on my own, without my wife or the color swatch. The piece was BEAUTIFUL so I said it looks great and took it. The ladies didnt react the same (sure send the guy whos color blind), so after a conversation with Liz about the situation she came up with a perfect solution and everyone was happy. Very accommodating and fixed it right away.

Thanks to Liz lee flowers for a really great job on my brothers wedding flowers! she just made amazing place for my brothers wedding reception! I used to buy the flowers at many flower shops for a special occasion. there are no like this flower shop.. nothing compares like this Liz Lee flowers shop!! they worked with enthusiasm to the style I wanted and was responsive to keep the pricing within my budget. They were right on time with delivery and had great communication leading up to the wedding. walking to shop she just took me right in and started listening and helping me with wonderful ideas and suggestions! Highly, highly recommended for your wedding flowers. I will keep use it for a special occasion!! THANKS AGAIN Liz LEE!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Just ordered a basket of fruit and flowers to send to an ill friend from this place, the lady that called was so rude and said she could not deliver the fruit because of the price I paid, yet I selected it from her damn website at the price she posted, now I understand if fruit is not in season, instead of offering something different she started arguing with me because I said to refund my money because the credit card had process, she proceeded to say "we didnt do anything" what the hell does that mean!!! the payment went through otherwise I wouldnt have a confirmation number. avoid this place, horrible customer service, rude and possibly thieves!!

I would highly recommend Liz Lee flowers for any event or occassion. Elizabeth, the owner, is incredibly talented and went to great lengths to ensure the vision for my wedding was achieved. Throughout the wedding reception, my husband and I received countless compliments on the flowers. The wedding coordinator sent an email after our ceremony commenting, "Ive coordinated many weddings, but your floral arrangments and bouquet were the most stunning Ive ever seen in our church." Even the coordinator at the banquet hall commented that the floral arrangements, paired with the table linens, were beyond beautiful. Her work is truly spectacular.

This is where I go for flowers. They only have high quality and fresh flowers. Usually arrangements take about 15-30 mins but since I dont like even waiting that long, I usually call ahead and Liz usually tells me they will be ready in an hour. I also call because I trust whatever she makes will always be extremely beautiful. She does modern/contemporary design, ikebana (japanese style), and classic floral designs meeting high standards. Most of all, keeps my girlfriend happy. She hasnt been bored of anything shes received yet so I keep going back. Isnt that what counts?

My boyfriend sent me flowers at work, but they got misdelivered and I ended up getting someone elses. Naturally, the surprise was ruined so by the time I got my real flowers, it was not the same. I emailed the owner, letting her know what happened and the next day, I recieved another delivery with a note from her apologizing and hoping these flowers will make up for the mistake. Needless to say, I am impressed with the customer service and would definetely recommend to anyone else. Flowers were beautiful and decorated well. Five stars. Thank you, Liz Lee.
