The employees were unorganized, obnoxious and disrespectful to customers. Two weeks before my brothers wedding, we were told the florist took it upon herself to cancel the order because she hadnt heard from the bride in a few months (despite insisting she didnt need to be contacted again until a week before the wedding). Instead of contacting the bride, Buss incorrectly assumed the wedding was called off (what?!?!). Not only were the bride and her mother rudely scolded at by an employee, but the last minute replacement floral arrangements were incorrect. Additionally and almost spitefully, Buss failed to fulfill their agreement to transfer the flowers from the church to the reception venue so the head table was left without floral arrangements. Not only will I not recommend Buss, I will strongly encourage friends and family to take their business elsewhere.

I was treated nicely on the phone and was very specific about my order. I ordered a spring arrangement and the employee instructed me that she had tulips an daffodils just in. She also offer forsythia. I told the employee that I wanted it to wow my sister. She told me to do this I would have to up my spending. I agreed to this and paid 25 dollars more to make sure my sister would be delighted. My sister enjoyed getting the flowers but the flowers were not what I wanted to send. We had spoken earlier in the day about spring flowers and that she really wanted some in her home.... The flowers included in the arrangement were lilies, roses, purple kale, and Gerber daisies.. I was very disappointed.... They totally missed the point...

Just ordered flowers for an ill relative in the hospital. The woman who helped me was very nice and they are delivering within the hour! Hows that for quick service? I inquired about organic flowers and although they didnt have them, they are going to check into possibly having some in the future. A+

The overall experiece is PHENOMINAL. I lived in Libertyville my entire life and recently moved to the northwest suburbs. Annie is great and so easy going with phone orders! Love working with them and the service is impecable! You are always guaranteed fresh and gorgeous arrangements!
