I would gie it 1/2 star but i have no choice to give but 1 star. Being new to this part of the city, Sheetal was the closet grocery store. I have been there 3-4 times and its true MOST THINGS ARE EXPIRED AND several had worm LAVA in the flour! Staff isnt as friendly, kind of shrewd. snacks were also expired and therefore had stale oily smell and also worm eggs! of course i took it to return it with receipt but was blown off with several excuses. Even as last resort i have learned to wait the next day to go to mygrocery store instead of going here. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

Sheetal Grocery is the last store I would prefer to go to if no other store is available.His items are mostly expired. He keeps some items on sale but charges more ,for instance he kept some Glucose D biscuits 5/$0.99 and charged $1.00 for them.It is not the question of 1 cent but Y should he ever keep the item for 0.99 if he has to charge $1.00.Also had a bad experience while purchasing a soap which had a sticker price of 0.99 but he charged $1.00 for it.Very disappointing,he is very arrogant as well.

Great selection! Besides weekly fresh produce I could spend ages in here looking over all of the snacks and cooking utensils and items for pūja. They have things that other Indian grocery places dont and it seems like they regularly expand their wares. Its also a nice place to go for fresh mango leaves or bilva around special holidays.

The best Indian grocery mart around this area. Although the place is tiny it has almost any Indian item that you ask for. They get fresh vegetables on Thursdays and fresh Indian snack items at evening during the weekends. The snack items typically get over by 7PM.

Went there once ONLY because Prabhu (my regular BEST grocery store was closed already for the day)...very dirty, prices marked were not the same as charged, expired goods, people talk poor English - not a good selection of dvds either...

A store was well stocked since last 10 years. Now they move next door in bigger space gave them room to grow. A friendly and enthusiastic staff also made shopping more enjoyful. Very live store in Chicago suburb. Thanks for being there

We love Shital. We are an american born family who just started making Indian food, and the people at Shital are so kind and helpful, they dont mind that we have no idea what we are talking about. They have everything we need.

Awesome collection than any other Indian grocery....A to Z collection ...reasonable price....fresh veggie collection every Thursday is remarkable....I recommend all to go there ...

Lot of variety of spices and condiments. The fresh foods and vegetables are not always the freshest. But a decent shop that is close to home.

Fresh vegetables every Thursday..you can find some rare vegetables which are not available in many other grocery stores
