I go to Goodwill frequently because it is a good place to get used books and household items. If it wasnt for the prices I wouldnt continue to shop there. There is always kids running around in this specific location and while it may be the parents responsibility to look after their children the staff does not behave as if Goodwill is a business just like any other. I was browsing through the books one time and a little girl was riding a bike (yes IN the store) and she hit me with the bike. I looked around for her parents but didnt find them, however several staff members were present and did NOTHING! I do think that employees should enforce the rule of customers supervising their children while shopping. Not only that but you can bet if that little girl had fallen the parents would be blaming Goodwill. That wasnt the only instance of lack of parental supervision that I have witnessed either. I think that Goodwill is a good store in general but this particular establishment needs to crack down on the parents who allow their kids to treat this store as if it is a giant playground. I bring my kids in with me all the time and I don NOT allow them free reign of the store! I would like to have a safe and pleasant shopping experience.

Great items here at this particular goodwill, I find great brands and higher end items (handbags, shoes, furniture) However im not sure why they get to follow different rules and pricing that other stores, some of their prices are outrageous (what happened to all shirts being $3.99? Why are you charging like $14.99 for an Ann Taylor top or something equally as ridiculous?) and their boutique section is just embarrassing... they have things all worn out and old for $9.99 up to like $40! They need to charge Goodwill prices if they actually want to sell things and make money for their "mission" cause at these prices ill just go to the mall and shop sale racks and get it NEW! Some good finds though if youre willing to dig through all the over priced items.... They rarely have the sales & offers that others stores have as well such as the 10% off coupon if you donate items, or the holiday sales specials other stores have...

It was ok until I was charged the wrong price for a pair of flip flops, the sticker price was 50cents,and Im broke,so I thought Id found a great deal, BUT no! After they charged my bank card, the manager told me " thats not our sticker " and went on to tell me, as far as me getting my money back, "thats between you and your bank"! How am I to know what sticker comes from what ?? I walked away with no shoes for my little girl, and none of my money! This is not okay!

Buyer be aware that when you buy a faulty electronics item you have just 2 days to return and will be refunded a store credit only that must be used in 60 days. Would suggest finding a way to test the item before purchase.
