Worst At&T store. Rachael is a thief, she will do what ever she has to do to make her commission. I decided to do their $1.00 iPad promotion a few months back. $1.00 down and pay $10/month for service 2 year commitment. No other costs to pay. I have been questioning my bill and finally called AT&T, turns out they have been charging me an additional $25/month that wasnt supposed to be- my bad for not looking into it sooner but these are the things this store has been doing. AT&T made good on the problem but after other problems returning products to the store, I refuse to ever use them again. They should really be shut down. Or Rachel fired at the least.

Worst customer service experience anywhere, not just with AT&T. The representative was rude and unhelpful while simultaneously patting herself on the back. I subsequently found out that a lot of the information she gave me was incorrect. This is the closest store to me but I would rather drive a distance for better service.

Worst costumer ever. I will never go back to that store again. Rachel is the worst costomer service rep. She makes up lies, probably to make sure she gets her commission. I had to go through AT&T head quarters to get done what needed to be done. Just an absolutely aweful experience.

Excellent place of business. The assistant manager was in today, he checked my phone out for me and fixed its ability to charge!. Clean facility with all the necessities!
