I love this store! I just read some horrible reviews of the two Waterbury, CT locations. I was thinking of going to one of those instead of Naugy. However, when I read one woman had her purse stolen at one, and at the other, the customer service skills are nil, I decided to avoid Waterbury all together. Naugy has great customer service, and I never had a problem there. After all, if you can score a great deal, go for it! I would recommend this location to anyone who lives in the Naugy valley area. Check this store out. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

This place is going downhill fast since some new people got hired. This new lady employee has an extremely nasty attitude. For no other reason that she hates her life and feels she can treat customers like dirt without consequences. Im always polite but I cant understand why people need to treat people badly without reason. . For now Im taking my buisness elsewhere.
