Let me start off by saying that the two guys that worked there the previous times I went were great but the woman working there now is...not so great. My mother (the plan holder) lost her phone to a snowblower while attempting to clean up after blizzard Nemo. Upon going to AT&T she was told that the only way to get a replacement phone that would be the same quality as her previous one, she would have to use my upgrade. Which was fine seeing as I just received a new phone. However since it was technically MY upgrade she shut off the SIM card to my phone and gave her a new, very small, one. My mother attempted to tell the woman that the SIM card was far too small for the phone I have and that it would not work. Upon politely telling the woman this she was met with an extremely rude attitude and told that I have an "HTC Vivid" and that was the size SIM card I needed. My mother tried to tell the woman again that she had seen my SIM card and that it was the incorrect one and the woman REFUSED to switch it for the correct one. Finally my mother had enough of being talked to as if she was an idiot and left, with the improper SIM card. Seeing as I now have no working cell phone I will surely be returning tomorrow to get the proper SIM card for my "HTC Titan." I hope that someone who knows what they are doing will be on staff tomorrow because the woman whom my mother had to deal with clearly does not.

Dont go to this store. They will try to make you pay for more expensive phones / plans by blatantly lying. On one occasion my mom needed a new phone (not smartphone), and they told her she was REQUIRED to upgrade to a plan that had data because her other plan was "old". A couple days ago I purchased an iPhone there and the only reason I went to this location was because I had done my research and they were closest. The woman tried to talk me out of the 300mb data plan (all i needed) again and again, and when I asked her if I could simply turn off data for the phone she said I couldnt (which is a lie).

Dont ever come to this AT&T. Ive been a member with this service for 12 years when it was Cingular. I was 9 days past the 30 warrenty and they refused to help me and sent me to the apple store which is an hour away from me. I cant believe there customer service was horrible. I spoke with Fran and Elisa and they refused to help me with my problem.. I will never again give them my buisness

I went to this AT&T retailer and was very pleased with the help of the representative. He was more than customer friendly. He assisted me with every question that I had asked and with servicing my cell phone.
