Let me start off by saying I have had my cell service for 20+ years, my first phone was the Motorola 550 flip. This store is the worst I have ever been in. Went to have a replacement prepaid phone activated for a family member. The woman that helped me had a serious attitude problem. First she asked to see my ID and then proceeded to try to scan it without my permission. She did not take it well when I told her do not scan my ID. Then instead of scanning the info on the box the phone came in which clearly states scan for activation she uses a piece of tape to get the sim card out of the phone. The whole time she is neurotically writing and alpha numeric number on a post it over and oven and over until there was no space left on the paper. She tells me in all set and sends me on my way. Well the phone is not working. So I call the go phone dept only to find out that she never updated the sim card in the system or the imei number. On top of everything else the two guys there stood on the other side of the room and watched her through the whole process and did nothing to assist. This is not my first bad experience at this store but it certainly my worst.

I went in just wanting to quickly get a new sim card. Long story short: I had lost my phone 4 days earlier but had an old one so just needed the old sim canceled and a new one put in. They got the sim from the back but then informed me I couldnt activate it. Only 2 people from the family plan could. So they said I could call and have them activate it. But they couldnt activate it without them in the store. I asked for a phone, since my landline doesnt do long distance. She says to dial normally and promptly walks away. 5 digits into dialing the security alarm goes off in my ear. She comes over to disactivate it, completely ignores me, keeps talking to her coworker and another person, not explaining why it just went off, or offering any form of explanation. I hate loud noises. And I hate inattentive sales people. Spend less time talking to each other and more helping customers. And dont just shrug off questions you dont know the answer to, find out! I will from now on drive to Avon or Waterbury rather than going to this store. Maybe Ill even switch to Verizon.

Excellent! I was ready for an unpleasant experience based on former phone purchases, BUT Samantha was wonderful and made it a very nice experience. She was knowledgable and not pushy. I left in a reasonable time and fully set up. Thank You Samantha!

Went in to upgrade my phone and that went smoothly. However, the sales rep was annoyingly persistent in trying to sell me direct TV after I told him that my property has too many trees to have a reliable signal.
