Totally unprofessional, never have baskets by the door, bottle return is always packed, dirty and or not working. The deli can use some work. I waited 10 minutes to be helped. My impression was this lady was new, but she was alone.. again not professional. Another employee finally returns but only to disappear for about 5 minutes in the freezer.. they claim the "fresh" sandwiches are made every morning.. which is completely false. Ive seen them go 3 days without doing it! I took one bite out of a day old sandwich, got sick to my stomach! They put up on sale signs in front of things that arent on sale then come up with bullsh*t excuses. Some of the employees stand around talking to people instead of helping costumers who clearly need help if their light is flashing above the annoying self checkout lines.. which suck most of the time too..

Ordered off deli kiosk land o lakes cheese cut medium. Got it cut thin (not a big deal), but get home and its not even land o lakes!!!! My kids wouldnt eat it and my husband even went to store to get another order to compare and it was 100% not the right cheese. They charged me the lol price tho. Never again, shop rite all the way. Plus there are never any carts when you walk in store, you have to walk back outside and find one...and if you have more than one kid, forget about accommodating carts Also the amount of handicap places taken for people who arent handicap is disgusting

Stop & Shop is literally the worst place to shop for everyday items like bread and milk. This stop and shop is near our house and we only ever come here for ice cream every once in awhile. Its extremely expensive, but what can you expect from a store in CT. Good sales on items here are very rare and they Never have anything on sale that you couldnt find at Aldis for cheaper. If youre looking to actually save money for your future, Stop & Shop is not the place for you.

Spacious & clean. Plenty of choices for items. Clearly marked prices and sales...and lets not underestimate the impact of the nice & courteous employees. A delight to shop there.

Starbucks is the best thinking there, then location , The employees can only be as good as the management. Having said that remember they are union.
