Had the worst experience switching from T-Mobile to Sprint when the iPhone 7 cell out. I had called in advance to ask if they had the iPhone 7 plus in stock as I was interested in switching my business account and cutting costs. The sales rep, used the bait and switch (which is an illegal sales practice) on me, said come in Ill hook you up. When I got there he told me they dont have the iPhone 7 plus in stock, nobody does, and that I can get the iPhone 7 and exchange to the plus within 30 days and for in exchange for his bait and switch Id get my first month free. Now, I dont have my old numbers. Vendors and clients are trying to reach me and cant get a hold of me. Phone service working as Sprint flagged my account as there was some kind of fraudulent activity and then cancelled my account! This is embarrassing for me and for such a big corporation as Sprint! At the point of sale I was pushed an additional line at $45 a month for data and a package of Apple iPad Pro, Apple watch, and keyboard for another $28 a month. At the time I thought I was getting a great deal. Total I got 6 lines. They took my money and ran. I had nothing but a waste of time and money, loss of clients, and the hassle of dealing with untrained and unprofessional representatives and managers. Unless I get a call directly from the district Manager to restore my account and numbers I am going to be picketing, not literally, against this specific store and making sure to KEEP AWAY from Sprint at all costs. This is no way of treating a business account, let alone a customer. I had come back to tell them what was going on and the manager told me I should go to a RadioShack because its a long wait or something.

I paid off my phone there but they never relayed the message to Sprint. The result was me having to go in there 6 times to sort out why Sprint kept disconnecting my phone for apparently oweing $200 on my plan after I already paid the phone off. Told them I wanted something done for my time and frustration of wasting HOURS sorting something out that wasnt my fault. Dayanna the Assistant Manager said its Sprints fault, not the stores fault. I was very clear and told her I wanted something for my trouble and being without my phone for three days. She told me shed forward my info to the store manager and it will take several days to hear back. I dont have a few days, it was their fault, I paid for a service that wasnt fulfilled and it is NOT OKAY. I lost money from work to handle this situation and I also had to call sprint directly 7 times in addition to going to the store. Nobody understands English when you call, and your phonecalls are routed to the PHILIPPIANS. Worst customer service ever! Another time I was there, I bought a $950 iPhone and when the numbers didnt add up, I turned the screen around to see what the guy was taking about, he told me I wasnt allowed the see the screen and i turned it around again, he told me I was rude. $950 and IM RUDE!? FU!

I cannot say enough about the service at this facility. Customer service sent me over on Tuesday night very close to closing time. The store was packed and working in customer Service I know it can be extremely stressful having a store full of customers 30 mins before closing time. We were greated at the door and told that it may be a while for the phone support department because they had a few people in front of us. To my surprise my phone which was having an issue with the SIM card was taken by Danielle right away. My husband had to wait because his phone was having a problem with the charger. Adrianna then came out and fixed his phone with-in mins. Mine was done shortly after. The lights kept going on and off they were having issues with that and not one staff member seemed to be stressed they were all helpful and smiling. Adrianna and Danielle were outstanding. We didnt feel rushed and they made sure that all our needs were met. Also a big shout out to Preston another employee that came over while we were waiting and made sure we were being helped and made small talk to keep us busy. All around great service!!!!!!

Workers arent bad tried to help but managers arent. I almost was forced to enter a new contract while I still had the legacy plan. Long story short, worker was trying to help me with the best Option for me but manager intervened and basically rushed me to enter a new contract for a new phone. I refused, called sprint customer service and got a new phone and still kept my old plan. Basically she (store manager wasnt getting any commission with the way I wanted to buy a new phone so she was trying to make business out of me and not in my best interest. Also I thought she was a bit rude not trying to resolve my issue with a previous purchase that the store worker goofed up on before this incident. I recommend you Try another sprint store or sprint customer service over the phone directly .

SCAMS. Sprint itself has been great but avoid this store at all costs. Ive had to go back several times to correct their mistakes or to return something they told me is abolustely free only to find out that is not the case. Currently, Sprint is contacting them because when I switched plans, I turned my phone into this store and got the credit. Now Sprint sends me a UPS bag with a label asking for the phone? THE STORE TOOK THE PHONE. So either they misplaced my old phone or an employee stole it. Luckily, I have the receipt saying that they have the phone and received the credit for it. But its a headache and I suggest they train their employees better. Avoid this store if you can but be sure to go to another corporate store.

Ive been a Sprint customer since 2002. Went to exchange a Samsung Note 7 regarding the recent recall where the phone can catch fire during use and/or charging. Assistant manager Steve refused to accommodate the exchange. His lack of professionalism, knowledge and home training is a major blunder to the company. He addresses customers as " Boss" can I help you Boss, I cant do that Boss... The fact is, Samsung and the U.S. Government deemed the Samsung Note 7 to be a dangerous instrument and "Steve", Assistant Manager of Bay Shore Sprint has no regard for Sprint Customers safety.

Had an issue with my samsung and it was not charging they did not honor the warranty. .called the insurance company and told me to go back to the Sprint . I did..then they told me to go through my insurance company again. .I refused so they finally told me they would replace it as a courtesy. The staff is nice but you have to remember it is a business and they are out to save money where they can . As a consumer you do have rights too . Do not take No for an answer .

I broke the screen on my iPhone 7. After calling, they told me to come in...i go to the store and they said the repair will take 3-5 business days. It has been over 10 business days and still my phone has yet to come in. Now Ive been stuck using a broken, outdated phone that turns off every five seconds when its not charging, for the past 2 weeks....All because the tech guy didnt want to give me a comparable temp phone "its only gonna be 3-5 days" he says....
