Ive been a regular at this Starbucks since theyve opened... it used to be the best one around since they were more focused on making the customers happy and making sure people in line got acknowledged and got customers drinks started even before they got up to the register. That was under the old management. The new management seems to be more focused on their tasks and getting stuff done in the back. For example, there will be three baristas at night, one making drinks, one cleaning, and one doing what ever they do in the back. You order a cup of coffee, nothing complicated, the person cleaning takes your order and goes back to cleaning. While the person making drinks is slammed because the drive thru is 3 cars deep, yet the person cleaning doesnt offer any help. So you have to wait an extra 5 or so minutes until the person who is delegated to make drinks can pour you your cup of coffee. Itd be great if they got back to focusing on the customers first rather than getting things done. Specially when its just coffee that you order and not a fancy complicated drink. I give three stars since its still a great place to meet folks from different backgrounds and to get to meet people in the community. I just wish the level service was back to where it used to be. That said, there are some awesome baristas there that takes care of their customers first, they know who they are, so Im not gonna name names. Those guys rock! The others should follow suit.

Place gone down hill. Tried to load my card then purchase two drinks. Michael a ubnoxious jerk rang up drink and card load not what was asked to do. When asked to load card then drinks got huge attitude. Took card called Starbucks to complain about his service then he tried give my drinks for free. No thank you i can afford my own tea and coffee. Stay away place gone to dogs

I live nearby and have given this place far too many chances. Service is fine, cleanliness is fine, but the coffee (the thing you go to Starbucks for) is always crap. Every single time over the past month the roast is incredibly burnt to the point that it tastes like burnt popcorn. Not the best taste to have in a roast.

Horrible today! This location is usually pretty quick but today I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Only 2 of the 4 employees were making drinks. If you are behind, everyone should help speed up the process. Not a happy customer today! I will definitely go through the drive thru every time at this location from now on.

I have been to this location more that once and every time I buy a coffee it is halfway full. At one point I had to ask them to fill the coffee up to the top. No other Starbucks has this problem except for this one. Im paying for a grande but I am getting a tall. I need all of my coffee.

FILTY DISGUESTING bathroom!!!! Staff unfriendly and uncaring!!! They left my drink just sitting until i asked about. Then it was made horribly!!!!!! I have tried this location twice and never will again. This experience is going to corp office. They should all be fired!

I come to Starbucks almost daily, I order the same thing and they still get it wrong:( today I was rushing to work so I didnt have time to get it fixed. Please learn the different between syrup and drizzle. Im tired of paying for something I didnt order.

The people are nice BUT they are always out of vanilla petite bean scones and the coffee isnt always made on point !! I live in cedar Hill but have to drive all the way to grand praire for scones and perfect coffee !! Cedar Hill needs improvement

Used to have the most friendly staff. Just went through and whoever was at the speaker acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Not even a thank you and she hardly said anything AND it took forever!
