I love my experiences here they are all welcoming and know my name and my order and take care of me even though my order is a ask me they never ask me anymore I get greeted by name I love Sean and Molly and there manager sorry bad with names but they all have great attitudes and make my morning I go every morning I am a loyal customer and loyal to this store particularly even though sometimes I am not there and go else where bc I dont live by this location but I can tell you there is no comparison to this store and staff .I was never even a Starbucks fanatic but bc of the service and the welcomeness and great spirits and they make my drink and food perfect and like I said without even saying and greeted by. I have become a star bucks connesoiur. I hope there boss takes as good as care of them as they do there customers bc they deserve it. And the manager like I said is awesome to so I am sure she takes good care of them.Its a diverse environment I love it and I could keep going for hours writing. I hate I cant remember all there names but know I will start remembering and know you are all amazing ...yall make my morning every time I walk in and greeted hello misti and your usual and how my morning is..you all rock..just wanted you all to know it doesnt go unnoticed and wish I could get half the service I get there at my other location near my house..keep up good work..definently raises needed..just saying..

This Starbucks must be run by the same management that runs the Starbucks in Irving at 183 and story road. Its very slow and employees frequently look like they have no idea what theyre doing or are standing around doing nothing. There seems to be maybe one or two employees who are rushing around while everyone else looks like they are in slow motion. Sitting in the drive thru takes an extremely long time. There is very little parking at this location so going inside to avoid the drive thru isnt much of an option, nor is it a time saver since they are just as slow if you go inside as they are when you are at the drive thru. Starbucks does not seem to care anymore about the customer experience, especially at certain locations. Bad management is lending itself to giving Starbucks an even worse name than some people already think they have. Dont bother to come to this location unless youre really hankering for a drink and you have tons of time to waste.

Horrible to park or use the drive-thru, last time I tried to get a coffee the drive-thru circle around the store, so I decided to park. On my way to a spot this customer pulled from the drive-thru entrance and parked in front of the store blocking the rest of the parking lot. I called up the customer which turned around to inform me that it was "perfectly fine to park there" and walked away. In realstate location, location, location...is the most important thing. I feel sorry for the owner or manager of this location but they got the worst location in the area. Again, be aware this is not the best location during busy hours, I witnessed several fights in the parking lot and the chances of getting your order right is 98% against you. I rather drive to the nearest Target.

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Apparently the cashier new the person behind me in line and let her skip me. I let it go. Then I ordered my drinks and waited on one of my drinks for 20 minutes. I noticed people were grabbing the wrong drinks and realized they didnt ask for my name when I ordered so probably gave my drink away. After 20 minutes they gave me the wrong coffee and had to remake the coffee. I was given a next drink on us coupon and tried to use it this morning at another Starbucks and was told I couldnt use it on the drink I was purchasing because it only qualified for coffee. That was very disappointing.

My second visit in the past 30 days was quite unpleasant. The manager is having an employee meeting with 13 of their staff who were pulling out chairs from every table - quite a disturbance for customers who came here to sip a coffee and relax. To add to the unpleasantness, the is hardly any wifi signal, or what is left of it keeps getting disconnected every few minutes. What an hassle. But, Coffee was great, and thats the primary reason i stopped by. Its a shame the Starbucks closer to my home has shut down recently.

Was looking forward to go through the drive thru, there was a big line. So I decided to park and go inside since there drive thru was busy and moving extremely slow. Went inside and staff was taking there time to make drinks, it took them about 8 mins to get my drink. Yea I understand is busy, but staff look calm not worrying about their customers. I cant believe that I got my drink way faster then the car who was in front of me waiting in the drive thru line. Anyhow my drink tasted nasty not too what I expected.

I normally praise most Starbuckss I visit with about five stars but I was kind of disappointed with this location. They forgot my order they ran out of an ingredient for my order and decided to make it anyway and still try to sell it to me without the ingredients that go into order without asking me if its ok. They then try to replace it with a different item and also made that item incorrectly. Its not that busy right now so I dont really see much of an excuse for the inaccuracy or the lost tickets.

Just another starbucks store. Decent customer service. Store is a bit small and cramped. Parking around it is also quite limited but I never had a problem to find a parking spot as I go there during non peak hours Located at an quickly accessible location off I 635 and close enough to office buildings through it might not be possible to walk there from an nearby office building due to the road traffic.

In my first and so far only experience at this location, i was floored by the generosity and kindness of the staff. I had placed my order only to realize i had left my wallet in my car as i was in a company truck an hour away. The manager had them go ahead and place my order. Thank you again!! Blessings are blessings no matter the size or what form they come in.

This staff knows how to rock it. Consistently one of the top performers in the Dallas area for both speed and quality. Also one of very few to receive a 100% in their third party health inspections. How many other stores can consistently churn through over 100 transactions in an hour through a drive thru? The staff really owns this store year after year.

Staff is very friendly. For some reason, this visit, the dining area was filthy. This is not normal. Trash all over the floor, tables had crumbs and dried up coffee. Overall, not a bad place for peace and comfort. I will give this location the benefit of the doubt this time. Next time, I wont cater this location anymore.

This Starbucks has now gotten my drink wrong 3 times. I never have gone back to complain, because all in all it is a small thing. However, I am writing this review in order to help people who are visiting this location. Make sure to taste and look at the sticker on your drink if you are ordering to go.
