Almost every time I come, the people are rude and lazy. They have a bad habit of saying that they are out of something when its very obvious that they just do not want to put the effort into making it. We have come in over an hour before closing and not only do they already have everything packed away but they completely ignored us on several different occasions. Both times it happened, the manager walked past us waiting and didnt acknowledge us until we finally left. I went in once at 6:30 am on a weekday morning and ordered a cold brew coffee. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink before finally asking about it, only then to be informed that it would not be ready until 12:30 pm. Today I went in and ordered a speciality frappe and the lady was down right mean. She chewed me out for ordering it, claiming that the promotion was over but a trip to the corporate website (and complaint center) as well as a Starbucks on the other side of town proved that it wasnt over. It didnt matter much that she said it was over, but how she said it was extremely rude and excessive, going on about how it was done. Ive had great, friendly experiences with a few of the employees when I go there on Sunday mornings to study but any other time I go Im dissapointed. Its too expensive for poor quality and horrible costumer service. Its not hard to be nice to people.

WORST Starbucks I have ever been to! I go to this location occasionally and its a horrible experience every time! They take forever here and the drinks never come out good! Today I was the only person in line and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink. The sides of my cup were filled with the drink and whip cream (which they always hand me my drinks like this when I come.) Does it cost yall that much to at least clean the cups before yall hand them to people? I ordered a Smores Frappuccino and it did not have the marshmallow whip they put at the bottom and it was warm and tasted disgusting! I recommend going to the Starbucks on carrier, or in Tom Thumb or even driving to the one in North Grand Prairie instead of wasting your time and money at this location.

The manager is rude. She is a bit flippant when responding to questions .She does not want to be bothered. This is the ONLY Starbucks where I have seen them inconveniently put the creamer behind their counter instead of where the sweeteners are. Its terrible to have to stand there and wait to ask to use it. Also, they rarely are stocked in sandwiches. There have been a few times I have simply walked out after standing at the counter totally ignored while they focus on the drive through. I have spoken to others who have the same complaints. Its a shame because this location is convenient for me but I will be using another location.

The absolute worst Starbucks Ive visited on more than once occasion. I ordered 2 Venti Caramel Frapps and would have been better off getting a glass of milk with a straw. Basically it was completely liquid and not the typical frap. Instead of driving back I just chucked it in the garbage after two sips of milk. Absolutely terrible, I then called the store and told them my frap had melted and became liquid when I just purchased it and was told "its suppose to be like that, like a milkshake" to what I replied, this was not thick and smooth like a milkshake, basically I got a cup of milk with a straw in it.

I love going here, the inside is always pretty clean and the bar with milk and sugar is always full, I am pretty picky on my drinks so they do good job and I havent had any drinks messed up. I used to work at a Starbucks so I can tell when something in my drink is wrong but most of their drinks are right on the money. The WiFi is always strong and the outside is very clean, The drive-thru has always been quick to get my drinks to me and I would Highly recommend.The staff is also awesome.

We go to Starbucks alot, and Ive never experienced a Starbucks like this one. We got are first coffee and it was not hot at all, so they take it back to remake it and it was still not hot at all. Then we get all of are 4 hot coco and they were not hot at all either and we told them extra extra hot on those. Then we just said forget it and we got a refund and left. Worst Starbucks ever. I would definitely not recommend this Starbucks.

Starbucks is pretty much my home away from home for the past 10 years. Ive visited this location several times due to the convenience of its location and never had a good experience. I order the exact same drink at every starbucks, and this location can never make it taste like other locations in DFW. I would recommend you drive 15 minutes down either way of 360 to get your coffee right.

I feel bad for this Starbucks because I went during the Unicorn Frap craze, and it took forever to get my order. The longest Ive ever waited at any time of day. The guy didnt give me any excuses. He just gave me my coffee, and I later realized its because theyre all surely peeved at making that overrated drink.

Awesome customer service! I ordered on my app and the order was sent to the wrong store- I called the other store and told them to just give the drink away as I was 40 minutes away from that store. The manager there called this store and when I arrived my drink was there!!! Thanks Starbucks!!!

Always come to this Starbucks and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I came today and ordered a drink and Brownie, one car was ahead of me but I waited like 5 mins. For the wait they gave me the drink free and discounted Brownie which total wasnt even 2 bucks. Clean as well.

I dont care what anybody says, this team is amazing. I waited in line for about 20 mins before waiting in line again at the receiving station. At no time did I feel this team could have moved any faster and still been safe. In fact I wondered WHY they were moving so fast.

The service and coffee is GREAT! However, the internet here is consistently slow. Id sit and stay a lot more if the internet speed wasnt so abysmal. Doing homework or studying anything that is web-based is a huge chore when using their WiFi.

Always very slow and we had to repeat order over several times my husband gets a Grande like with 2 spends and cream. We got the coffee and is was barely warm. We asked them to to do it over and it took them 7 minutes to get it out to us.

This is the worse starbucks ive been to, the service isnt as good and Ive gotten the wrong drink twice now! So annoyed I dont like wasting my money. I called to let them know and no one ever answered the phone.

I have never had an issue with this location. My order has always been correct. I have ordered online and items are always ready when I get there. Friendly attentive baristas with quick service.
