Some of their employees seem to have issues with young black customers. I noticed an older white female (Tiana?) failed to acknowledge me or hand me a menu. Instead she chose to straighten her clothes and look down at the floor; even though I looked dead at her. She fell over herself greeting and handing out menus to the next few white customers and going over things with them. I also noticed that she didnt greet the young black male who came in a few minutes later. This was at the to-go counter, I placed my order with Barbara and she is always nice when I come in. Anyway the bread may or may not be hot and soft but in general the food is good. I wont put up with jerks that may or may not have issues. So I may or may not come back.

I went to go buy a cake from La Madeleine on cooper st and the cashier was very rude. My mother and i went to buy a cake from this location and my mother asked for a cake that was not in display since we bought cakes in this location that have been on display and they ether had a eye lash or a hair. Well my mom asked for a fresh cake the casheer rased her voice at my mother and told her she was not going to get a cake thet was not in display and keept yaping her mouth to a coworker anout how my mother wanted a cake from inside and not on display i keept my cool and asked for a manager. It was awful experience.

Dropping a star. They seem to be under staffed or unable to keep up with demand. Food that should be hot, comes warm. You order a meal, they tell you one item is out of stock and will take 40 minutes to cook. You get to the register to see that food sitting, waiting to be used. Front staff is not taking to back staff. Portions seem to be decreasing, or eggs are getting smaller. Food delivered to table, one of 3 plates comes out, waitress takes the moniker. We have to show our receipt to prove that we have more food.

Horrible experience, staff just standing around looking at one another. Had to wait to for someone to show up at the salad bar to order a salad. Ordered a sandwich too. As the person was halfway eating their salad I walked over to enquire about my sandwich. No one knew what was going on or that my sandwich was even ordered. Ill drive past this place to corner bakery next time. Its not even worth the gift cards the manager gave me because Ill never be back.

The person who had been in line before me and several other customers was ignored and then when she was finally ask what she wanted it was by the rudest and most disrespectful person I had ever met. She had not been friendly with me either but at least I had my salad in a timely manner. The store was dirty and not stocked for customer satisfaction . This is the worst la Madeleine in Texas! Watch out!

Been going her for years but service has been really bad lately. Orders take too long or lost. Food comes out lukewarm and not hot. Give you the run around when ask for status of your order. Staff not helpful in resolving issue. Ive experienced bad service at the Hulen location also. We will stop coming to lamadeline. Sad as we use to enjoy them before they started sliding downhill in service.

Went for dinner w/fam - restaurant wasnt busy, but the food arrived cold. Didnt order/dont eat seafood but broccoli tasted like it was blanched in seafood stock. Yeaks! Poor service, waiters didnt seem to know what they were doing and were unapologetic. The whole experience was was not worth the time or money spent. Very overated. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Arrived today and no one greeted us, numerous people behind the counter but no acknowledgement of our presence . We waited for about ten to fifteen minutes to order salad and noone ever addressed us. The employee behind the salad counter stated she was the only one assigned there. After waiting we took our trays and set them on the table and left .

We went on February 25 for my daughters birthday at 8pm and they were out of the rosemary chicken. They didnt tell us until I had already paid. I got a refund and left. Saturday March 19 we went again, this time for my birthday at about 7pm and again they had run out of the rosemary chicken! We walked out and will never return to that location!

The food is very good, and their tomato soup is die for. I had a great experience at La Madeleine. Next time I go I would love to check out their deserts! The only problem was that I had a hard time getting a clean table. It was busy, but the busser failed to clear any tables. There were 6 open tables and all of which were full of plates/trash

Love the food but lately its been a disappointment. Always confused on the ordering process, there were flies by the salad, they messed up our order and they seem understaff or lazy. In our salad they literally only have us 1 crouton. Really like the food but its just not as good as it used to be.

Usually crowed, and its cause they have good food! I always get the same thing and enjoy it...the spinach or ham keish with a cup of pasta salad...and a coke. The other food is good but i get what i like to get. As a single guy they have cute girls that eat there, so nice scenery as well.

Ive always wanted to come here and Im gad I was really early to my eye appointment because I finally got to try it out! Breakfast was delicious! I had the Romanoff Crepe, it comes with fresh strawberries and creme with a cinnamon crepe. You wont regret eating here!

I usually come here, but lately the quality of the food is not all that good anymore. Staff not as friendly as they used to be. The staff dropped a container as she was putting it in my bag and reached down to pick it up off the floor. How nasty.

Worst Madeline in Dfw. Silverware was wet and personnel look lost on any request, even on stuff that I would normally get in other Madeleine restaurants. The tomato soup was salty. Disappointing on one of my favorite restaurants

It is an Ok . But I think they can much better. Restroom was horribly dirty. If the bathroom dirty that means the kitchen also. The food was good the dessert is amazing. I will back for dessert for sure.

Great food. You go down a line to order, and if its already ready they hand it to you to carry to the table. Everything else is delivered to your table. There tomato soup is the best.

I bought the tomato basil soup and the specialty La Madeleine chicken. The soup was decent, but the chicken was overcooked and dry. The sauce on the chicken was good though.
