My big complaint about this location is that you cannot escape the loud music. Inside, outside, doesnt matter, the music is typically too loud. When I have asked for the volume to be lowered, it is, but next visit its cranked right back up. Too loud for coffee shop ambiance or reading, more like being at da club. I have given this feedback to Starbucks Customer Care on the website several times but nothing changes. I often leave sooner than I had planned simply because I cant read or even hear myself think.

I went thru the drive thru this morning and I was very disappointed, i have a very sensitive tongue therefore i ordered my coffee at kids temperature, well to make the story short my tongue still burnt and hurting(more than 12 hours later). They made my coffee at regular temp. To make things worse the bagel with cream cheese i ordered was missing the cream cheese, had to drive back and the lady was very rude. I will never stop at this lication again.

I love Starbucks However, Im not so crazy about this One!! The staff is a bit rude,slow and inpatient . My biggest concern with this piticular stbks is how Slow, backed up they get inside and out during VIP times within the day My advice, Just dont ever be in a HURRY when choosing this one or make it your" Quick pick" choice for your coffee day.

One of the best Starbucks Ive been to. The staff are very polite and friendly. The drink quality is perfect every time and the tables are always clean. If you are looking for a place to relax with your favorite coffee drink; or need a place to cram for your next big test, theres no place better.

I only go to this starbucks when abc coffee is closed. The drinks are never made right. Several times my drinks have taste like pure hot milk with no coffee or expresso in the drink. I have issues only at this starbucks.

Honestly I dont like this Starbucks. I just wanted a plain coffee but no, they had to add all this fancy stuff I dont like. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor was sticky. Somehow they mispronounced "Kyle".

I love a lot of the staff here and the store is always clean and usually well stocked. Its usually pretty busy but the staff is always accommodating if you need something remade or have special requests.

Nasty place sat by the bar and saw ants all over the counter and on the syrup on some equipment. Floors were sticky and filthy. GROSS NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN .
