I attend school around this area and I usually go to this Starbucks but it wasnt until recently that I have encountered some problems. For the last three times I ordered something, the workers here messed it up. Whether it is the size of my drink or having whip cream on my frappuccino after I clearly said no whip cream. It is ridiculous that something as simple as this could be messed up. I did not make a big deal about it the first time, the second time I was upset but I just went on about my day. Three times though?? It is unbelievable. After I told the gentleman who gave me my order in the drive-thru that I asked for no whip cream on my frappuccino, he just looked at me and apologized but he did not even TRY to offer that they can make drink again. I am apalled. I go to Starbucks all the time and have had great customer service but this was ridiculous.

I love the atmosphere of this location. I give it the second star for that,. However, almost every time Ive gone, I have either had a messed up order or very poor customer service. My first experience here was with a sloppy employee, who was very vocal about his displeasure with his job, and was very overtly rude to my wife. Other times, they have sacrificed professionalism for getting customers through the line. Thats disappointing to me, because one reason I like Starbucks is for their customer service coupled with a quality product. This store typically suffers in the former.

Ive worked close to this specific location for almost 2 years now. Within the last 3 months, service has been extremely slow with poor customer service. Today, I actually had an employee ask me how to make my order! He also asked the man in front of me the same question- stating he had no idea what a pour over was. There were about 6 employees running around but 1 actually making the orders. This use to be a great location but lately it seems like there has been very little efficiency. Not sure what happened...

I frequent this location quite a bit for studying. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to really get to know you. There are several outlets to plug in your laptop and a really big table that is perfect for studying. They have broken my reusable Starbucks cup more than a couple of times, but have always given me a free replacement each time.

I am only giving one star because I cant give less. Manager is inept and doesnt recognize customers who purchase on a consistent basis. Batistas are terrible and mess up orders on a fairly regular basis. The last straw was the filth of the bathroom this last visit. Think Im just going to drive 3 extra miles to a hands down better Starbucks.

Inside the store is perhaps a bit dirty sometimes compared to other Starbucks locations, but thats also to be expected with such a busy store. If youre looking to come here and study during the day, make sure to come by during non-peak hours as the chairs and tables fill up rather quickly much of the time.

I love Starbucks but this location, not so much. Its clean, staff are meh, but the drinks arent very good, either they arent being made right or they dont clean the equipment often enough. The location on Loop 288 is always prefect and the staff are always lively. If you have the option, go to this one.

Overall drink and service was good, but I was told by the guy taking my order, I could not order a house coffee on ice because "it messes with the flavor," and "they dont like that." Never been denied that same order before, nor told Starbucks does not like to serve their coffee on ice...

I came in the drive thru today @11:15 and had a little wait time not too bad for my monthly Starbucks but the staff were so awesome they apologized and had great customer service! This is why I come to this Starbucks. Such a lovely surprise this morning. Thank you

They always seem to mess my order up or give me the wrong drink. I thought when I ordered and they repeated it to me they were supposed to have it right. When I asked them to fix it he rolled his eyes and didnt even say sorry. I mean talk about bad service.

I love going to Starbucks everyday, but this location suck!!! baristas are so zombie like, even when they see you standing in front of the counter they would ignore you as if youre not there, its like for them you need to ask them a favor to serve you.

Its very busy and very noisy. Not sure if it was just today or all the time. It felt like a competition between staff and customers on who could make the most noise. Had to wait a bit longer than normally. I will come back for another try.

Its a great Starbucks! I havent had any issues with it. The wait time hasnt been long, and all of the workers have been kind! If youre looking for a nice place to study and work on a paper, this Starbucks will do just fine!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because of its consistent and friendly service. This is a great place to study or meet up with friends. There is always parking available, even when they are very busy.
