I called to order a Thanksgiving dinner from Walton Krogers. I ended up speaking with three different people who didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing. After approximately 45 minutes on the phone I found out that they are out of The turkey dinners, (after ordering everything that I wanted including the extra sides.). After the hassle of being on the phone for 45 minutes to find out I could not order what they have advertised, I then contacted the mount Zion Kroger in Florence and within 4 to 5 minutes my order was placed and the customer service at the mound Zion Kroger was phenomenal. The woman (Shannon) that took my order (at mt Zion kroger) was very helpful, courteous and professional!!!

This weekend my daughter got married and we picked the Floral dept at Kroger Walton to do all her flowers. They were the most beautiful flowers and all the arrangements were wonderful. I shop at this Kroger every week and I told her to have them quote her flowers since what I always see in the store looks great. We could not have been happier with our choice. Thanks for doing such a beautiful job everyone talked about have beautiful they looked. I would highly recommend this floral dept. to anyone.

Its a mega-Kroger or whatever theyre called. They have clothing. Its always clean and theyre mostly all very kind and courteous. Lately, the cashiers after 4:00pm are terrible, though. They dont make eye contact and they seem terribly inconvenienced when you go through the line. However, this is not the norm for this store as the manager has always ran it very well. Weve been customers since they opened there doors and Im almost always disappointed to shop anywhere else for groceries.

Until I started using Clicklist, I was a loyal Kroger customer for over 20 years, but after several attempts at using this service and them bungling it so thoroughly, Ive decided to move on from Kroger entirely. They cant get anything right, from my order to taking my name at the speaker and theyre charging $5 for the service. Seems like they should work on getting it right, first. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as theyve cost me MORE time, not less!

Nice to go late at night. Not so busy. Like this Kroger over the one in Florence. Not quite as big but still has everything you need and more. They have the salad bar, hot foods, bakery, sushi, flowers, cheese shop. They do Click List here and have 2 Redboxes. They have US Bank and a pharmacy as well as a Little Clinic. The employees at the Starbucks are the best.

This Walton Krogers is convenient, has the best prices around and best deals from miles around. My wife and I used to be in the military and lived where the only store was miles out of the way. The only closest store was too high priced and never had anything we liked. Coming here to the area, we have noticed a huge difference. This store was a blessing in disguise.

I absolutely love Kroger! They have a wonderful selection of food, plenty of household items to choose from, their meat prices are unbeatable, all their name brand products are equally as good (some even better) than name brands, & everything is always fresh!! My only regret is that there isnt one located closer to my home!

I love the coupons I get from Kroger, got a ton this weekend and got all my groceries for about $50! This is both my local Kroger and my favorite Kroger, it is always clean, well merchandised, and with a great selection. Love the price on roasts for making Philly Cheesesteaks!

This is a great Kroger and I shop here all the time. The reason I didnt give it five stars was because of the parking lot. My car has been hit twice while parked there. It is terribly uneven and carts role from the hill into vehicles.

They have just about every kind of food you can imagine. But the store is so huge its hard to find things. Most of the staff is helpful. They have jewelry and clothing, very nice.
