My husband and I got to the store 15 minutes before it was supposed to close. This was the 3rd furniture store we had gone to that day and we had our 4 month old baby with us. We felt overwhelmed and was basically just price checking. At first the store seems very cluttered but Jean the owner helped us navigate right through and cut us some fast deals that we couldnt refuse. She knew EXACTLY where everything was at and knew all the product details and options. We were not planning on purchasing a sectional right then and there but with her we did. She made us a deal we couldnt refuse. She beat the other vendors we visited by $200 and it will be delivered by this Saturday rather than the other stores who were not as flexible. She kept the store open after the close time to seal the deal with us. There was cold water there which was an added bonus- none of the other furniture stores had any refreshments. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal! We will come back for our other furnishing needs.

The pricing and furniture was great! However, my boyfriend and I will not be returning. Our first visit there to just check out prices was great, we were helped out by the delivery guy who was very helpful and polite to try and help us find the perfect table. However, when we returned to make a final decision on the table, the owner jean, was very rude and unprofessional. She made us feel like we were bothering her by having to place an order. The whole process was very rushed and rude. The tables were promised to be delivered in one week, but ended up taking two weeks, and when we would call to check up on them, like she had told us to, she would basically yell at us and misplaced our order numerous times. Im not going to lie, the prices are great, but because of the awful customer service its not worth it.

Furniture Express was a wonderful find. We wanted to get my son bunk beds and after searching for sometime on the internet, we came across Furniture Express on Craigslist. They had the bunk beds that we wanted to get for my at about 1/2 the price of Ashely or the Roomstore. Throw in the great price with the wonderful customer service from Jean the owner, and we could not have been happier. Bunk beds ordered, 2 days later they were available for pickup just as promised. Jean even tried to help us load the beds in our truck, even though I brought some extra muscle with me. Great job Jean! A diamond in the rough in AZ.

I dont know where to begin, Jean was Fantastic!! I had been searching for the perfect couches for months! I had been back and forth from hers to another store multiple times trying to get the best price and the right look. Every time I would walk into her store she remembered my name, and exactly what couches I had been wanting. She helped me determine the best fabric for the best price. Couldnt have been happier with the service and price I received here.

Best place to buy furniture period. Does not pressure you to buy like other places . Prices are way below all other stores and awesome warranties. If they dont have on hand or what you want they can order it or get it custom made . We have done 2 different living rooms from here and no issues .highly recommend. Hands downs beats anyones price .

Saw some sofa and loveseats on craiglist for this Great Store, when I went in to check them out, Jean even asked me what color I wanted so that it could match my living room. Excellent service, she even stayed after hours for me to go pick up the furniture. Have recommended to may of my family and friends.

Best furniture store in the valley. I only shop here when I need furniture! Jean is the owner and she is honest and will get you the best price on anything you need. If she doesnt have it in store she will ordered it for you and have it to you usually within 1 day

they over price their stuff I compared the furniture and all of it was marked up at least 150 and up. Dont get fooled!
