THIS STORE RIPS YOU OFF. We went to the new Avondale location (after the proir furniture store went out of business). We were directed to their "sale" price bed set due to the 4th of July sale. The salesman tried to give us a good deal because apparently they overstock these bedroom sets. We were happy for the purchase but I was still concerned due to the "free lamps and delivery" we received. The salesman assured us if we found a better price anywhere else that they would match it AND take 10% off. I happened to stumble across their advertisement in the paper and found the same bed set we had purchased for $999 +tax and found it in the ad for $594 +tax. I called the store and was told to come in. After this occurred they tried to "charge" us this time for the lamps ($160.99) and delivery ($100) so we asked for the helpful manager. He agreed to the price match and asked us to come back in 2 days because he was not worried about it and "was not there to make money but to help us". After this, being his is very comfortable around us; he went on to tell us that someone came the day before asking for a price match from a different store (pretty much calling her stupid). PRICE MATCH IS ONLY WITHIN THEIR OWN STORE. No wonder the guy guaranteed we would not find the same set anywhere else for cheaper. Hopefully next time my husband listens to me and does not buy furniture from here.

I have purchased about 6-7 times from Mega Furniture over the last 5 years. Honestly, not all the stores are the same. I seem to end up at 67th ave store because I just didnt like the way the manager or salesperson seemed more intent on selling me furniture rather than giving me the confidence I wanted to make the deal. The store at 67th ave had a completely different attitude and approach that made me very comfortable. If I spend a lot of money I expect great service. Once, when I had a delivery problem , the manager, Lupita, took care of the problem for me. She did more than the wharehouse and customer service departments could do or not do should I say , to keep me happy and continue to be a customer. The manager and her team of salespeople were outstanding in helping resolve my issues. I highly recommend this store over any of the other Mega stores , especially if your a customer who has spent thousands of dollars over the years like myself. It looks like as a company these guys may not have their act together but the store at 67th certainly does things correctly. They did it all with a smile and great attitude while the other stores seemed to make me feel I was bothering them when I had a problem after they took my money.

Went to their new arrowhead location on bell rd and orderd a dark brown pub set from their catalog. A week later I went to pick it up from their glendale location on indian school rd. Not the best area. I was directed around back. The alley was full of trash and there was a pile of furniture in boxes behind the store. Eventually my boxes were located and I got out of there. Upon arriving home I opened the boxes to find the pub set was black, not brown like I had ordered. I called the store and was told they would call me back. They never did. I called again the next day and got this response "black is pretty close to brown, no refunds". After a long and heated discussion I was still denied any refund or exchange. I hope they go out of business. The will certainly never be getting any more of mine!

We had a great experience. Sue from the mattress department was very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service during the selection of our master bdrm matresses. We had such a good experience that we returned for twin matresses for childrens bdrm. Sue was initially with a customer, but her manager was quick to welcome us and provided great service also. He was knowledgeable and provided sound advice that was very beneficial . Sue picked up the service once she was free and we were finished browsing. We were able to purchase the second set, and thanks to Sue and the manager, all matresses were delivered on the same delivery ticket. Such a Blessing. The delivery was on time, and the crew was quick, courteous, and professional. Thank you. Well be back again!

Super irresponsables y mal servicio al cliente, pague un seccional por que me urgía, tardaron 3 semnas para entregarlo y lo entregaron diferente a como yo lo ordene, fui a reclamar, les llamo y me diejron q me llamarian para corejir la orden y sigo esperando hace 2 semnas. When I bought my kitchen table it looked really nice then over the time the screws started falling out , I would screw them back in but they would just keep coming out then the legs started breaking its like the wood was dying , lol I called customer service to let them know that I havent even had the table for a full year yet & that when I purchased all my furniture I bought the coverage for any damages that may occur over time EVEN ThO I DID NOT CAUSE THIS TO HAPPEN... Customer service told me I wasnt covered and to buy a new table. Never again will I purchase ANYTHING from this company again....

We got a deal of a lifetime on a dining room set. We got the table, 4 chairs & a bench seat for under $600. It is great quality and looks beautiful in our new dining room. I kept asking the salesman to confirm the price for me because I thought there was a catch. NOPE! There are beautiful living room, bedroom and dining room sets there with great pricing & they usually have specials going on. They are always offering serious discounts in mailers that come to your house. Just watch the mail &.look for their ads. They are true, not fiction, and no catch!

Last week I went in to the store located on 67th ave and Indian school and I was so delighted to find such AMAZING outstanding service from everyone on their team. I have been to a few MEGA furniture stores but so far this location has been the only one that has offered me such a great customer service experience. The sales person I believed named Lupita made my purchase and decision making go so smoothly and at ease . I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and believe me I will be returning soon ! Thank you team and keep it up .

I recommend Mega furniture as they are good in giving deals and financing option, They have great collection of furniture. The best part is that they do no credit check financing option which helps to pay of the furniture. They did delivery of my couches in 3 days. Overall service from the management and customer service is good. I got the couches which I wish to buy in affordable price. The store experience was good as manager and sales representative helped me to choose the best.
