Got what I thought was good deal on some furniture for Mstr Bdrm+Living and Kitchen bar. Stools were on back order for a week but everything else was good to deliver on Friday. Was to get call in am to let us know where we were on schedule and one just before delivery. No call in am and waited all day till we had to make a run. Then received text saying 10 mins for delivery....yikes we just made it as truck showed. Cabinet in living was missing a few connection parts....? OK I had some screws which worked but several panels were split also. No good got to get new unit. Lucky several are in town buuuut we must wait until Sunday(two days) to rescedule.....? Then they will tell us where/when it can happen. So if I understand this right.....we bought furniture new that came damaged by Ashley which now because it was damaged we get to wait 2 days for somebody to call and tell us when order can be made right. Sunday comes and now we are next Saturday because people who ordered furniture after us get priority. Now we tore our living space apart to be sure we met the 7 part requirement of delivery agreement but when it works for us is all I get? Tried to call store manager several times to discuss how odd this sounded that Ashley was not going to make any effort to make my order right beyond getting me new cabinet when it could be worked in the normal schedule of things....and no effort given to making our sale right first is to be considered. No call from Ashleys manager, from corporate or any customer service representative so its apparently just the way it is and how they wish to do business. Making right on errors at this business is not a priority. Sale made now get back in line....oooops parts missing you may need to go to the back of the line.... sorry we screwed up a broke your furniture now get to the back of the line. Then of course the bar chairs that were on back order.... they are of course late and so my pick up is delayed a week.....sorry, you need to "wait another week then call us to see if it comes in". Really? These guys need a lesson in tracking from Amazon...where a one ounce object to traceable almost hourly but 5 bar stools seem to pop up then gone over a week now. First time customer very disappointing.

We have purchased several items from Ashley. I think the appearance of the furniture is fine. The bedroom suite is no where near the quality of my 35 year old Thomasville set. Nor is it anywhere near the quality of craftsmanship of a set of maple furniture that at the time was considered extremely "cheap" furnitue made by a local wayward boys home in Phoenix in the 70s. With that as a reference point, although the furniture is functional and looks good, I do not anticipate it holding up to much real wear and tear. Since I no longer have small children and the furniture is primarily for looks I will have to deal with the poor quality. The bedroom set has 1/2 to 3/4 in gaps above each drawer (you can peek into the drawers), there are no longer dust covers between each drawer, the drawers are dove tailed in the back and I wonder how long it will be before the drawer fronts are loosened and the drawer glides are on the side and the drawers have "play" from side to side. We have had to order two new replacement drawers, and they still do not fit. We are currently waiting for a third drawer before they send a repairman back out. We cannot wonder why they dont just start over and send out a whole new drawer. The most aggravating think about this whole experience was while we were awaiting the delivery of the dresser (they actually brought one out initially that had been munched by termites!) the landscape mirror was set against the bedroom wall (since there was no dresser to attach it to). When the replacement dresser arrived and the mirror was attached we discovered there was a dime size chip on the beveled mirror underneath the surface but clearly visible. We were informed that since we did not notice or report the chip the day it was delivered that there is no return policy on damaged or cracked glass. Talk about poor policies. We find that the personnel are friendly and helpful. The checkout process is cumbersome and that is exactly why I have had so much time to type this up. I am awaiting paying for another purchase. We went ahead a purchased a side table to go with a desk set we ordered. Like I said....it looks good!

Im giving this store as low of a rating as possible. Weve had NOTHING but issues with this store and company. We worked with Darrin and to start it off, he was overly pushy. We told him we wanted to just look around and he kept following us and pressuring us to buy. We finally did, and it has been hell ever since. They told us that we would have to have two delivery dates because the towers and bridge were on back order, which was totally fine we expected that. The first delivery went fine, and we received everything with very minimal damage. We got a call from Darrin that our entertainment center was discontinued and that we could either not have the towers and bridges or we could take the floor model. My father in law and I went down to the store to look at the floor model to check it out, we agreed on a price and delivery date and when their customer service agent went to schedule it she said that the bridge and towers came in. Completely pointless trip. So they come to deliver our bridge and towers and they did not bring the hardware. The warehouse told the delivery drivers they did not have it and they did not call to let us know and delivered it without the hardware. So now we had to schedule ANOTHER trip for them to bring the hardware. The guy came out and said he didnt have the hardware and needed to order the correct ones. This has been THREE times my husband had to take off work to get this completed and its been over a month and our entertainment center is STILL not put together. They were supposed to deliver the hardware this morning, first thing, since I called and complained to the manager Rick, and they said that we are not the first delivery and will not be there until 1pm. So my husband took ANOTHER day off of work to get this taken care of and we were lied to again. This has been nothing but a hassle. I would NEVER recommend this company or store to ANYONE. Horrible service. I never write reviews but this store deserves the worst rating possible. They do not care about their customers at all. They just give you the run around.

Awful experience thanks to overpriced furniture and horrible customer service. We spoke to Salesman Rick, apparently thats where we went wrong. He was rude, not friendly, unprofessional and just generally unpleasant to communicate with. We had been told a couch and loveseat combo we wanted would be $1400 if we financed and possibly less if we could get cash, were were told this by Salesman Mike Best, the only positive thing about our trip was Mike, unfortunately when we went back to buy he was gone and Rick helped us. Rick quoted us $300 more than Mike and then refused to budge on the price! Talk about greedy! The guy only cares about his commission! After telling him no he spoke to the manager and were able to "adjust" the price to arund $200 more than what we were told. So with CASH ON HAND we were prepared to buy, all we asked is if they could waive the delivery fee since we had cash the the manager as the time, Richard, responded absolutely rudely and in a disgusting tone saying "I cant just give my furniture away!" So prompted by awful customer service and terrible employees we left. Next, their bathrooms, both the men and women, LACK A CHANGING TABLE! I had to change my daughters diaper in the parking lot while Rick and Richard and another female sales associate sneered through the glass. Finally, They promise the lowest prices...which is a lie. Luckily we did not buy the terribly overpriced sofa and loveseat, we went to American Furniture Warehouse on Bethany Home Rd and the 101 freeway, and found ASHLEY BRAND furniture for less that what Ashley was asking for it! Instead of paying $1500 for a sofa loveseat combo we paid $1000 and were able to buy A sofa, loveseast, coffee table, 2 end tables, and 2 light fixtures. Do youself a favor and make the drive. ASHLEY IS A RIPOFF WITH AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never buy from RICK or RICHARD, they will charge you more than other sales associates like Mike. Like I said, your best bet is American Furniture Warehouse.
