I will write the most honest review that I can on this place and provide all of the facts. That said, I am an honest person who works hard so that my family can afford the things that we have, which isnt much. My wife also busts her butt so that we can have the things that we have. We always try to do right by people so that is why this company has troubled me so much. My wife called me one night months ago very excited about a sale at Mega Furniture on Bell Road in Phoenix. I was still at work. We had the same couch for 7 years. It was beat up and worn. The same couch my wife had purchased at a yard sale 7 years before. We had finally built our credit up enough to be able to afford a new sectional. Our table was also a $50 yard sale table that we had owned for many years. In addition to this couch, they had a nice dinette set on sale that my wife loved. I met my wife at Mega Furniture that night after work. She showed me the couch and table. The salesman offered us insurance for an additional $350, which we paid. The insurance claimed that anything could happen to this furniture and they would replace it no questions asked. Well, not just anything happened to this furniture. It was straight up defective. The cords for the recliner snapped off within a month of getting the couch and the table formed bubbles underneath its skin or shell. They came out and serviced the couch after repeated calls to them. But the table, now thats a different story. They refused to honor the warranty and said that this was the insurance suppliers fault. Whenever my wife would call the provider of the insurance, they would re-direct her back to Mega Furniture, who would re-direct her back to them. A great big finger pointing session. Today, my wife called me hysterical. The people at Mega Furniture were rude, obnoxious and uncooperative with her. They treated her like dirt and berated her. This can not stand. Everyone must know about the way the employees at Mega Furniture treat their customers. Apparently, they have gone through several sets of employees since got the furniture and it hasnt even been a year! My wife had to make a plethora of phone calls, get talked down to and make several trips down to their store only to be dismissed like an insignificant second class citizen. So thats how it is after you get your money Mega? Well, let me spend my weekend telling the world about your crappy service and dishonesty. Have I mentioned that I can type 78 WPM without error? Have I mentioned that I know every ripoff report website out there? Meh, Ill just show ya! Have fun with that!!

My friend said not to buy here. Inspite of that I thought it was a good deal went over there. Ad says tv is free when we buy furniture for more than $1350. But they will not acknowledge this ad by saying different strategy. My sofa was not fitting in my room called them as per the return policy rules within two days of installation they said okay you can return buy you have to pay 40% restocking fee. Even if we buy another sofa. That was really rude. Not following any of there policy and making fool out of us. But the quality is sofa was good. This dining table looks sturdy, it is so light. Same was not in good condition called stores they asked as to call CC for any repair, CC keeps the phone on hold for 20 minutes after that it is directed to voice messages. Very bad service and furniture. Never go for these with the ad and quality.

We brought a mattress at this store. When we got some problem about the mattress we went back to the store. They listen to our complaint and they replaced it. A few days later a tech came out to see it. This is how it went through like. Carlos was very nice and helpful and listen to us. Thank you Carlos. The next morning to my surprise I get a call. Paul calls to tell us they will replace the mattress. Thank you Paul. Asked if we wanted the same thing. No way. Went there last night met with Courtney and she took care of everything. Trying a different mattress brand this time. Everyone at this store was great and very thoughtful and understanding. We buy a lot of furniture from this store and will continue going there. GREAT Job you guys. Keep it up.

This is a horrible place. After making the initial purchase and confirming that the purchased items are in stock, I was told that the furniture will be delivered to me on the promised date. On the day, when I called them to find out when they were going to be at my place, they said they could not deliver on that day because they didnt have items in stock. What a shame. When I call the lady to find out what she can get delivered to my place, she promises me that she have 1 piece delivered the next business day. It turns out, its NOT delivered on the new promised date. I think I made a mistake purchasing the furniture from this store. Others please stay away from this store. Pre sales, everything looks good. Post sales, everything is the worst.

Please dont make the same mistake I made by buying furniture from Mega Furniture! I purchased some furniture 2 days ago, since then I had a change of heart on one of the items. When I went back into the store to get my refund I was laughed at by the manager. I guess that they do not do refunds? Seriously, I have never heard of anyone not giving a refund. These items havent even been delivered, they are sitting in the warehouse. If I would have known they were the only company in America that does not accept returns I would have never bought anything. Although looking at all reviews of this company, every single person would have returned all their items. DO NOT BUY FROM MEGA FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very impressed with the furniture carried in At this Location. Never expected the finest quality for such an affordable price. The manager and staff are very friendly. Assisted me through all the custom build furniture which has life time warranty on frame and cushions. They also carry furniture which would last for generation . They kind of have very unique stuff and would definitely recommend any one who is interested in quality furniture. They seem to be a company with many options as they gave me 0% finiancing for 12 months on the cash price. I love this place and will definitely recommend. My extended family already purchased around 20k worth house full and highly satisfied

This is the nicest Mega Furniture store by far and management (Tammy, asst mgr and Hassan, store mgr) were awesome in helping us resolve an issue with our mattress. Purchase was made February 2017 at another Mega Furniture store, mattress was damaged at delivery, replaced with wrong type of mattress. Had been going back and forth trying to get corrected since March 2017. Within 1 month of speaking with Tammy and Hassan. I am getting damaged mattress replaced. Thank you so much Tammy and Hassan for being the best at what you do and that is provide the best customer service. Special kudos to Tammy Smith for staying on top of this situation. Shes the best.
