To whom it may concern, My wife and me purchased a table with four chairs and a bench with the intention of getting a sturdy table that would accommodate my families needs. What we received was a "display" model with obvious wear that would indicate such, after only a couple weeks in my home it showed. The bench and the "sturdy" table as marketed by Jerry started to show signs of unwarranted wear which would indicate a display model being distributed to me upon purchase not the promised new table. The table and chairs were preassembled no boxes or assembly done what so ever to indicate brand new furniture was purchased. I could have chosen any furniture store to purchase from but chose Furniture Factory as my destination for my business, the lacks and time that is being exhibited to fix, exchange or refund the purchased equipment does not indicate that Furniture Factory appreciates their customers business. Word of mouth promotions for a business is an underestimated expression especially for local businesses, that look to bring in new customers not drive then away. I have contacted Jerry the manager at the previously mentioned establishment and have sent pictures of my cracked bench to be meet with "I will take care of it" but have not received a follow up or courtesy call on the status of what he will do to make it right. I am paying over $1,000 on a table that was retailed at $500 due to "taxes, delivery and other charges" which can be called into question as well. Jerrys mockery and non concern when customers called about their needs with their furniture as witnessed by myself and wife seemed playful at first but reflection on my current situation it seems more troubling, someone that does not appreciate customer satisfaction should not be running a store, as an owner I would find this very troubling as I would want to bring in customers and keep them and not treat them as a quick money grab. Also when issues arise act with the urgency as if it was your furniture, and Im sure if the purchase was yours you would want quality and would want things right. With that being said I would like to extend this opportunity to Furniture Factory to make things right whether it be an exchange or refund and to do the right thing in this particular circumstance.

My husband and I ordered a sofa and love seat from the "Furniture Factory". On the invoice we signed it stated estimated delivery time was 1-2 weeks, but we were told it was likely we would get it in less then 1 week. We needed the furniture ASAP, since we just moved to the area and didnt have any furniture. After a week I called to find out if the couches had arrived , they told me that factory ran out of the fabric we wanted (dark gray)and that they will have it in few days. So after a few days I called again, and they had the same story...couple more days. They told me if we wanted a different color we could get it sooner. On the invoice they said its custom made furniture. If its custom made, then you cant just put different fabric and sell it as a "special order". 3 weeks later I called again they were very rude, I told them that I am considering cancelling the order. They said , u can cancel but we will keep a 25% restocking fee. I asked them do they have the furniture in stock, they said "no". I asked "how can you charge a restocking fee if you dont even have it in stock". The purchase was made on a Wells Fargo credit card so my husband contacted the dispute department. He read everything from the invoice (including fine print) and he was assured by the dispute department that they have to return the whole amount and could not charge a restocking fee, since they dont have it in stock. This made sense and we called the Furniture Factory and told them to cancel the order. They repeated that they would charge 25% restocking fee. We canceled anyway, since Wells Fargo told us we had nothing to worry about. The Furniture Factory called us few days later telling us to come and pick up the furniture which we did not do. After several months of talking with Wells Fargo disputes we were told we lost the 25% restocking fee. Wells Fargo quoted the policies in the receipt. The same policies we refered to from the begining and were told we did not need to worry about. Be careful when ordering furniture that is not in stock from any store. And Well Fargo disputes will pull the rug out from under you.

Im an interior designer so I deal with Furniture companies regularly. My cousin decided to redesign her whole house and this was the place she liked. Some was a little overpriced especially considering we were paying cash. Our 1st purchase was a $700 bed for her son. They delivered it and set it up with no problem. Next was her master bedroom total rehaul. So we pick out a platinum silver patina set w/ mirrors embedded. For $3500: new mattress, bed frame, long dresser, large vanity mirror, and we opted for 2nitestands. She wanted it next day so she said that she would take the floor model that was no issue the "manager" said we would get everything on the floor except the vanity mirror because they were on back order amd that one was already promised to someone else. So jump to two days later it was supposed to be delivered from 11a to 1p come 130 still no call or delivery even tho we had called earlier in the morning to confirm time frame with the manager. He was very short with us and seemed annoy. ed that we were asking why are stuff was late ecspecially cause we had other events planned around that time frame given. So he tried saying their truck broke down and would be there promptly. Never apologized not once for the inconvenience. They finally showed up at 245...a hr and 45mins after the latest time frame they gave us. And missing the one nitestand that was with the floor model they were supposed to bring. They said the 2nd was on order but all they brought was the bedframe mattress and dresser. We called back askin where our stuff was and not only was he rude as all hell and still completely unapologetic about all of it. He basically told us wed get the nitestands in a week or so and the mirror in a month. Which is not at ALL what was said when we were spending the $3,500 cash in his store. Will update as this still continues to play out. Fyi while i was going off on how rude he was to my cousin during the delivery the delivery guys told us that they have heard a lot of complaints about the manager or owner or whatever he is....on pretty much every single delivery

TERRIBLE service. Misleading information, and lack of common courtesy of the customer. I had ordered a sofa and dining room table weeks in advance to make sure the furniture would be delivered in time, the sales man told me they would be here way before that date and would just be stored at their store until delivery. Well today (two days before delivery) I call in to find out the time of delivery, to which i am told my couch isnt coming until next week, but the table is here. I ask them why i wasnt contacted earlier to tell me this, and they say they dont call until the merchandise gets to the store, well i was never notified of my table... Now I am going to be couch-less for WHO KNOWS how long, and for all the money im spending on the furniture and the delivery charge, this place is not worth it. So unprofessional, and inconvenient. I should have followed my gut instinct and went elsewhere.
