I absolutely loved this store, when they first opened their doors, two years ago. Everyone, was so nice and welcoming, and totally informative. They even gave you info on discounts, as well as their website info to sign-up. Love this store because they have lots of everything for home interior and exterior. Everything for the kitchen as well. The prices range from low to high, but still can fit to anyones budget. The list is endless. You can absolutely get lost for hours in this place, and possibly see no workers here either. It is also pretty warm in here, so it can be uncomfortable in the Summer time. They had this advertised sale for patio furniture, cushions on sale for 25% - 50% off, yet in their HUGE entire stock, there were only TWO sets that were actually on sale. Go figure! My huge take on retail business is customer service; and here, it is utterly and completely lacking! When we got to the check out, the cashier knew absolutely nothing, in response to any of my questions. I had five questions. I dont take "I dont know," for an answer. Yes, please get a manager, so I can ask him. Thank you! All I got was a deer in the headlights type of stare for each question! Also, if you dont know the price on an item, please dont speak amongst yourselves, and ring up a price that you assume or act like you know what it is! I asked the cashier "What is that you just did?" He tells me that the item did not have a price, but his manager told him to ring up one of my other items, and charge $4.99. This was for a small, plastic, office type, waste bin that was $2.99. Yet, he never bothered to ask me if I knew the price for it. I told him "Im not paying 5 bucks for that! Otherwise, I wouldnt have gotten it. I grabbed it from the back and it was $2 something!" Trying to rack up my rewards points on my card, but yes, Im very frugal too! So, thats my take on this place!!

I used to love this place when it first opened always helpful and found some great stuff. The last few times I have been in there are never any employees around when you need help, seems like 2 employees working in the whole store. I called today before I headed to the store since I was looking for 1 specific item, figured I didnt want to waste my time if they did not have it in stock. Called the store gave the guy to item code and said they had 4 of the items in stock. I grabbed my keys and headed for the store 10 minutes down the road. Got to the store could not find the dog bed I had asked about anywhere, and of course not an employee in sight. Walked all the way back up to the front of the store from the back and asked the cashier to have someone help me. I finally got someone to help and he explained to me that the store did not have the product and did not know when they would be getting more in stock. And I just realized you can not order any products from this store online... Total waste of time.

the store is huge and lots of selections from wall decor to patio furniture this store has everything. the one thing I dont like is the way sales are advertised. the store has paper signs but it feels as though they are often misplaced. the staff refers into the website as there is no ad in the store to reference.

Do not buy any kitchenware. Ive both a really nice steel sturdy pot, and glass dishware. Both had really hard priced stickers on them. By the time you take them off (which is forever) the item isnt nice anymore. May as well go to Ross for half the price.

Awesome store with a variety of stuff however, Customer service is horrible... Its against company policy for employees to help you look for an item or call another store to see if its in stock. What kind of store doesnt allow employees to help customers?

We are very excited this store moved to Peoria. It is known as Garden Ridge back in Texas and is a great place to find all your home decore items. Definitely check them out during holidays for they have tons of great decorations at great prices.

Its a large home goods store, I just found a very nice rug for my place which didnt break the bank. Large selections on items for your house. Some items were priced kinda high, some within reason. Store is pretty big though.

This store is huge! They have everything furniture, outdoor decor, holiday decorations, bathroom accessories, pet beds, rugs, pillows, curtains, and great nick nacks. Great place to look at to dress your home up.

This place is awesome you can decorate your entire house here. Although some what pricy, but here you can find what ever you envision your decor to be and also they have a great selection online.

Great place for outdoor and indoor home needs. If never seen more rows of pots and outdoor chair cushions in my life. The prices on their outdoor umbrellas are some of best prices youll find.

It is like going back to the 50s. Almost a warehouse style setup. A lot of over priced items that you can get better deals on elsewhere. Some is pretty cheaply made and probably wont last.
