No matter what the price. No matter what the product. No matter what the promises and guarantees, it is our opinion that you should never, under any circumstances whatsoever, purchase from this company. We made the mistake of not reading reviews in advance. We would have never bought from this, in our opinion, disingenuous and dishonorable, untrustworthy seller. On their sales receipt it clearly states that for manufacturers defects they will dispatch a licensed technician to evaluate and ultimately affect repairs. These low-life scumbags wouldnt even pay for return shipping of defective cushions (yes plural) whose seams split within 60 days of purchase or less. Some stitching on the reclining love seat frayed and they said that wasnt covered. They did send us replacement cushions for the love seat and sofa that we installed and then paid return shipping as they required. This is warranty support? Within 4-6 weeks later, the same cushion on the couch split at the exact same seam again. Further, the lever that operates the reclining portion of the sofa failed. Then, they claim there was only a 90 day warranty on the sofa, love seat and recliner. In person, the sales rep verbally said it was one year. Not to worry, however, as we purchased an extended warranty. We contacted the warranty company, GBS. They informed us that the warranty we paid for was never registered with them by Leon Furniture. They said we were simply out of options with them. Leon Furniture has insisted that we drive 320 miles round trip for them to evaluate the reclining defect and personally pick up the replacement cushion. They should be falling all over themselves apologizing and doing everything in their power to rectify the wrong we have suffered. Conversely, they have the temerity and audacity to place demands on us after our Christmas guests sat on a sofa with thevstuffing bulging out. As of earlier today, our sales rep at Leon Furniture insisted that the wife and I load a full length sofa into the pick up and drive it 160 miles for their evaluation. Again, this demand made in the face of their written policy to dispatch a licensed technician to resolve manufacturers defects. We are in possession of that document. If they remain disingenuous and dishonorable, we will be compelled to file suit against them in Superior Courts, as we intend to seek punitive damages for what we feel are their illegal business practices in the form of contract violation(s). It is our opinion that if you patronize this store, you are nothing more than prey in a con mans scheme. Enter at your own risk and peril in our opinion. If we had it to do over, even though the set was handsome and PERFECTLY sized for our family room, we would choose to forgo the transaction with this, in our opinion, morally decrepit company and their conscience absent employees. Theres an old saying that "a fool and his money soon parts." We were fools to not check their reputation before buying. Will you be fools, too? We hope not. In our opinion, you should not be tempted to even set foot in this store, let alone even consider a purchase, let alone give them your check, credit or debit card. I couldnt be more serious or determined in my warning to you.

I will say this, the pillow top mattress is comfortable and the price was pretty good (at first), but the delivery and and followup are extremely poor. Im very disappointed I bought my mattress here. I never bought myself a brand new bed in my entire life and did not have a good experience. This is my husband and Is first new bed together. I did not know when you purchase a pillow top mattress you have an option to get a low profile box spring. Otherwise, once you get it home you have to get a running start to get on the bed because it is too high! I have had this brand new bed less than a week and have spoken to Wendy who informed me there is nothing she will do to help me except charge me $120 for a new low profile box spring! Now I have to buy a new box spring (somewhere else of course) and try to hopefully sell the brand new one I have. I think Wendy just wanted to close the sale. She could have closed the sale with a happy customer if she gave me a low profile to start with. Also, about the delivery, they told me it would be between 12-7 and was closer to 8pm. This was being delivered to a new residence I was moving into so had to wait around all day then go home and finish packing. I paid for the mattress 2 weeks before it was delivered, but somehow managed to be the last on the delivery route. Seems a little unfair that I was inconvenienced so much when I purchased mine so far in advance. **Update** Wendy asked me to "correct" my review so I will add the edit to my original. My husband and I did end up going in to Leons a week after this was published and was happy to see another gentleman working. He offered me the low profile box spring for $40 plus delivery $50. $90 is still more than I should have to pay, but I couldnt handle the problem anymore and wanted things settled. This was on a Sunday. He informed me it had to be ordered and he would call me in 3 or 4 days and set up a delivery time. I thanked him and left. By the following Saturday I hadnt heard anything so I called to check the status. I spoke to Wendy. (Yes, I called them). She said itll be delivered the next day and since they discounted the box spring for me she would like me to change this review. Nobody told me it was discounted and I think its poor taste to ask me to change my opinion. She also told me "we dont know what frame the customer has unless they tell us. We didnt know you needed a low profile." I think it this could have been avoided with just that one little question on asking a customer what type of box spring they prefer. If I could change the star rating to "0", I would.

In the past few weeks I have made several purchases from Leon Furniture in Phoenix. It started out as a great experience and ended that way. The sales representative, Windy was the person that made everything possible. I needed to fill an entire house. Windy walked me through the showroom pointing out all the great deals. I swear I was in there 3 hours and she did not mind at all. I was allowed to take my time and was not rushed through the financing process. I liked everything I saw. The showroom had great items, but when I didnt see any futons in the color I wanted we went to the catalogs and there it was. My items were delivered as soon as they came in. I had a bed assembled and a wall unit. On the next delivery I told the delivery person that those items needed to be looked at. They did not hesitate to fix the items under the warranty. I also had a little hiccup with my dining room set and once again Windy came through for me and I was able to get the perfect replacement. My experience with Leon Furniture was excellent. I received the best customer care anyone could ask for. The one negative Im left with is that I was charged two delivery fees. If I am in the need for more furniture or accessories in the near future I wont hesitate to check in with Leon Furniture. Thank you Windy
