At this point in the process I cant give them more than 2 stars. We had an awesome sales process with Ozzie Steve at the Glendale location. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and he gave us some great tips on how to compare their furniture to competitors. We looked at 5 other stores and Mor definitely had the best of what we were looking for. We purchased a big wall entertainment center and it was delivered within a week. The delivery guys were great and set it all up with no problem. Before they left we noticed that the handles on the doors of the bookshelf were a good 1/4" off center from each other and looked really bad from the angle from the couch. The delivery guys told us that we only had to call the 800 number and they would make it right. So we did and the courteous girl on the phone asked if we could take a picture and email it to her so she could see exactly what the problem was. We also had dings in the hutch shelf. So I spent some time actually measuring how off the handles were and typing that on the picture so they had a lot of detail. I emailed it and she immediately called me back scheduled delivery for the following weekend. The delivery guys showed up today with a new shelf and a new bookshelf. The shelf was good and they replaced it, but unbelievably the handles on the bookshelf were off center exactly like the first one we received. The delivery guys didnt even bring it into the house because they could see how off they were. So here we sit with this nice piece of furniture with crooked handles. I received a call from the warehouse this time and they are going to see if the remaining ones they have are good. But this will be the third time we will have to be available during a four hour delivery window because Mor furniture is sending pieces out to their customers that are obviously wrong. Its a waste of my time for something as simple as drilling four holes in the same place every time. Well see how this turns out and hopefully Ill end up having to change this review to a good one. **Update Ive lowered my review to 1 star based on my experience with customer service. Since I posted my initial review Ive left 3 voice messages and sent an email as directed in the "Response from Owner" below. Ive heard nothing. Great furniture, but their customer service department seems to be run someone who doesnt value actually responding to their customers.

Had to try and redeem some of the reviews for Mor Furniture in Glendale. First of all, it does not matter how you are dressed or the price of your clothes. A previous review on Yelp that listed the prices of their clothes seemed to be kind of ridiculous. My husband and I visited Mor after searching various other shops and are both tattooed, slightly goth-ish and were dressed in shorts with flip flops. On entering Mor, we were immediately greeted by "Aussie Steve" who was nice, gave us some direction for what we were looking for and let us browse at our leisure. The showroom is huge with lots to look at and as I rounded a corner, a gorgeous sectional, couch and recliner caught our eye. We were looking to replace two rooms of furniture and all of what we found matched. The furniture is frankly, BEAUTIFUL. Soft material, well made and holy crap comfortable. Like fall asleep in seconds kind of comfortable. I bought the sectional (includes two rocker/recliners), a family room couch (snuggle-rific) and third recliner to add to the family room. For all of that the total cost was under $3500.00 with free delivery and extended warranty. Steve wrote it all up and got us scheduled for delivery that next Wednesday (it could have been next day but we had a previous engagement). The only reason I dropped one star is because they only have one published phone number for all their locations and just so happened to have some kind of accident that "broke" the phone. The problem also affected scheduled deliveries and confirmations. About 2 hours after they are supposed to be open, I was finally able to get through to the Glendale store and spoke to someone who was checking on delivery. After another hour, I called again and was transferred to Steve who said the problem caused some kind of issue and the delivery wasnt scheduled. However, he did get it corrected and the furniture was delivered the day we asked for by three gentlemen who did a great job getting everything in and settled. If in the market, definitely give this place a try. There is lots to choose from with many options and there was no pressure at all. Wear anything you want!

I have to say in store we had the best experience while shopping for beds for my 3 children. We found the one we wanted and the kids were so excited when they came to deliver last Tuesday...the guys came in started to put the bed together then came to me and said that they didnt have the hardware. I was like ok stuff happens. We got set up for the following thursday. Again my children were excited had they been sleeping on the floor becaus we had gotten rid of the old beds. They guys came in found the hardware which was in a drawer the whole time..then about 20 mins later theye came out and said they couldnt put the top bunk (my youngest spot) together because it was missing rails... he was so deviatated because he couldnt sleep in there with his older brothers (not to mentioned they were hours late without a phone call). So with it being like 9 or 10pm their warehouse was closed so i called at 10 am as soon as they opened. The lady said they could be out Saturday but i had informed her easter weekend and all we were going out of town. So i set up for Monday (today) first thing. It was finally 12pm and i decided to call because i didnt receive any calls. They told me that because i didnt answer my phone on Saturday they did not set it up. I was told they could come out Wednesday. I asked how long it would take to put the money back on my card cause they could not complete their job. The girl replied "we dont have a return policy" at this point my work phone rang i had to get off the phone since i was getting upset and trying to work. I called back and luckly i got the same person i spoke to on friday. She called and was able to set it up for tonight because she had remembered me telling her we were leaving. We will see how that goes. I feel as though the customer service department is not willing to help. I had paid for dilivery and everything and i feel i was treated very unacceptably. I have more furniture that i need to purchase but im not to sure i want to deal with this company. The people in store are great but after you pay thats where our good customer service ended. I will definitely update after tonight hopefully all goes well

If you are reading this, go ask for Carl! :) Its been a loooong time since Ive had to buy any major furniture, and I wasnt exactly looking forward to it. Carl greeted me and started to give a brief layout of the store. When I told him I was shopping for bedroom furniture and maybe a mattress, he walked me over to that section, and I love how he didnt try to sell me on things I wasnt there for. That was the third furniture store Id been to, and I was a bit overwhelmed at buying a mattress. I realize this is something that adults like myself do all the time, but I was feeling a bit overwhelmed altogether, and Carl was super easy to talk to, which went a long way. I probably would have left the store in a meltdown, and empty-handed, if Id had some overly pushy guy--but Carl was patient while I tried out A LOT of mattresses, and didnt seem like he was trying to rush me into buying something I didnt want. He also knew a lot about mattresses, and instead of just quoting me a price and moving on, he took the time to explain a little bit about each one when I had a question. I ddid take advantage of the no interest financing they had (Note to self: must pay off in 12 months, no excuses!!) and I pleasantly surprised that he didnt try to talk me into maxing out the credit line, because yes, that has happened in previous stores that the sales people have tried, and Ive ALWAYS hated that. Im trying to stick to a budget, and though I did go for a more expensive one than I was originally thinking of, I feel good with my decision. Carl ran the numbers for me (I get that its not a hard task) but I appreciated that he did it automatically and really made sure I understood everything. So, long story short, Carl--if you happen to read this, thank you! You are awesome!!
