We went to look at bunk beds/mattresses. We were initially greeted and welcomed, at the door. That nice feeling lasted about 30 seconds. Our kids were immediately yelled at by Candy, who apparently is a manager, for having their shoes on the mattress. A. Your mattresses are FILTHY. Youre lucky that we we even considered still buying one there. If they cant test it, we cant buy it. B. They didnt even have their shoes on. C. The nasty language that you muttered "under your breath" that you thought we didnt hear...think again. We promptly rounded up the kids and left. If you think that momentarily returning to verbally convey our distaste was the end of it, youre wrong about that too. Well never be returning to that store again, and Ill be contacting the district manager to the let them know how that store is being "managed".

I was curious of the concept of this place so I went to check it out. the location was pretty terrible as far as ease of access goes. it was easy to spot but hard to find the parking lot. the items inside are a better quality and displayed in a much more appealing way then u will find in a traditional goodwill. the furniture, which is the factor that separates this from the others, was not very appealing. the prices did not seem competitive with other stores in the area. I did see pieces that I have seen at other furniture stores, and they were priced higher here! I dont get this place and wouldnt recommend it unless ur bored of the traditional stores.

I like this Goodwill for the Goodwill stuff, not the new furniture they sell there. Most of it seems to be generic chinese stuff you can buy direct on alibaba, but otherwise ignoring that, they have good household and electronics here. They do have a poor location however. If you attempt to cut a short path taking the side road to get to the goodwill off Thunderbird, youll need a 4x4 truck to get through the potholes in the road that seems like some abandoned mad max path/road. The asphalt is torn up beyond belief, and Im not sure taking this didnt put a prominent bend in my rim last time I tried. Go there turning past the QT at the light!

Jesse is wonderful. Just moved into a new home and our daughter suggested Redesign. Honestly, I was very apprehensive. To our surprise Redesign had an abundance of new furniture. We were able to purchase several rooms of furniture for a very reasonable price. Also, furniture was ordered new not floor display. We have recommended now to several friends and colleagues. GREAT JOB JESSE!!

Dont buy a mattress here! Bought a new, moderately expensive mattress with an 8 year warranty. Its been slept on probably 5 times with many complaints about it being lumpy and uncomfortable. When I called to ask for help, I was told the store keeps no records and I would need the receipt to use the warranty. Save yourself the trouble- dont buy "quality bedding" brand from this store!

Used furniture was overpriced but the new furniture was reasonable. The employee that helped us with mattress selection was very informative and no pressure! Left there today with a brand new mattress with no hassle.

Found this little out-of-the-way gem while shopping with my BFF one day. Hard to figure out how to get here, but its a fun place to shop. I really enjoyed looking at the furniture that they have. Nice place!

Over priced new junk. Cheap stuff. Not a great place. Definitely over rated and cashing in on "real" Goodwills. I see no reason to ever even go back for a "lookie loo" as it would be a waste of my time.

I like this place. A lot of choices for furniture and interesting pieces and big discounts. Dollar or $1.50 for the designated colored tag on Thursdays and 50% of for all colored tags on Saturdays.
