Went in to look at Sportsters and tried to get a rough pricing estimate on the new sportster. Sales guy was good and wanted to help. The sales manager got involved and wanted to push so hard that I purchase a bike that day, he actually started arguing with me about not giving a rough price on a new bike unless I was willing to say I would buy one today if he gave me a great price. All I wanted to start off with was a rough price. Other dealers put it right on the tags. I Told him it was for gift someone else and they have to come in to pick out the bike which is why I just want rough estimates and he continued to argue that he wont give pricing without a willingness to buy immediately. Talk about the WORST used car salesman tactics. I purchased a $20k bike a few months ago and was willing to spend another $15k for this one but only for a dealer willing to be helpful instead of demanding. You just lost yet another sale, degraded the HD image, and I will be certain to Never give my recommendation to this store.

Blue Springs Harley-Davidsons Service department is amazing. First off, I used the service scheduler on every Kansas City Harley dealers web site to request a quote for installing a set of new handlebars I got off of Amazon (to see the price differences). Blue Springs Harley called me back the same day with a quote over the phone (sub three hundred dollars). Two days later Gails called me and quoted over seven hundred and complained saying they do not like to install parts that were not bought there. ($$ price-gouge). Worth and Rawhide have yet to call... I guess they are too busy for my money? I picked my bike up today at Blue Springs and they had her all washed and detailed. Take your bike there and you will be happy. They also pick up and deliver. They treat you right and their service department rocks!! I also bought a bike from them in the past and it was the best sales process I have ever experienced hands down.

I will never buy another Harley from any where else other than Blue Springs Harley Davidson. They are an all around excellent full service dealer ship to work with, from the sales and service to clothing and parts!! All of their staff is very knowledgeable, nice and extremely helpful. Their sales team is not "pushy" and also they do not give you a cold shoulder or treat you any different if you dont buy something right away. I have to been to all of the other dealers here in the KC metro area, and not a single one is better than BSHD!!! They have a great selection of new and used bikes, motor clothes, parts, accessories, and anything else you may need to get you on the road. In my honest opinion there is not a better Harley dealer in the country that i would rather give my business to or work with! Stop in and see them, i promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!

I had my 2011 FLHTK in for 20K service recently. Previously I had been getting regular service at Rawhide because thats where I purchased the bike. After checking pricing for the service and a front tire, I found that Rawhide quoted a little less but Aaron said he would match their quote. I was impressed with the personnel who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Jake was there when I picked the bike up and he was also very helpful. The service was completed at the time and price that was quoted. Thanks for a great service experience! I have also been very happy with the parts personnel on the several occasioons I have gotten pricing and made purchases. You have a loyal customer in me. I am looking forward to making some modicfications to the bike this winter and will be doing all parts and service with Blue Springs Harley.

“People are always friendly when you come into the store and even when your outside. If your a regular customer most everyone knows your first name. I find the parts department very knowledgable as well as the maintenance personall. I do wish that the clothing department would select some more colorful selections in their women and T-shirt section. With more women riding bikes we like to be seen and not just for our behinds! The events that this dealership does are fun safe and family friendly; in short I love having this business in my town of Blue Springs, MO., it is not as large as their competators but they have everything you need or want and with the smaller shop there are more customer friendly considerations. ”

On a recent Vegas/Pittsburgh jaunt my 14 FLHTK experienced a shifter failure in Concordia Mo. I called HOGS. They got the address of my breakdown, made sure I was safe, had a wrecker there inside a half hour. The wrecker took me, and my ride, to Blue Springs Harley where they were waiting outside for us. Several guys not only helped unload my bike, while I spoke with the service dude, they sorrounded it like a NASCAR pit crew. By the time I made a brief personal pit stop then signed some paperwork my bike was ready to go. I laterally, left the lot before the Wrecker. Two thumbs up to all involved. You turned what could have been a bummer into a decent road story.

“I have been a customer of Blue Springs Harley since 2007, and have always been impressed with them. The parts and service people know their stuff, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer got the right part, and the best wrench work. Every employee Ive met from the salespeople to the kid who washes the bikes have always been courteous and knowledgeable. More often than not, Ive learned something new when Ive ridden out of there. I rode to Sturgis and Daytona and back with confidence after having my bike serviced there. It made it all the more enjoyable not having to worry about the bike. You should be proud!! Thanks, Scott”

I really like the people @ BSHD, they will always go out of their way to help you get the correct part or accessory for your bike. Im sure most of us have bought something we just had to have, and after riding around w/ it a while decided it was not what we really wanted and then the part comes off and it sits in the garage till it goes to a swap meet, we give it to a riding buddy, or some other fate. Good info from the parts guys really help me get what I want the 1st time out, and I seem to get that input @ BSHD.We all spend enough on our bikes, I dont like to throw money away by buying something twice!

The best customer service EVER!! As first time Harley owners we were a little unsure going into the dealership as we were clueless. But everybody at Outlaw made us feel very welcome and very much a part of the family. Trina, Carson, Jenny and all of the support staff are always amazing. We sometimes take rides where Outlaw IS our destination just so we can say "hi" to our new friends. Thanks Trina, but girl...Ya gotta quit talking me into all of these cute clothes! Pretty soon all Ill have in my wardrobe will be Harley gear! Ha ha <3 u all!!!
