Definitely do not take a child there. We took our daughter to try on helmets. My daughter was not running around, screaming, or acting out at all. She very carefully put a helmet on her head and walked to me standing a few feet away, like three or four feet. The lady working at the counter had a fit because it was a $600.00 helmet. Then proceeded to scold my child telling her she was not to touch anything and this is not a toy store and should not be treated as such. I told she is my daughter and I would handle it. I left with my daughter and my husband spoke with the lady, after he scolded he brought her to apologize to my daughter. If you are that scared for your helmets dont put them waist high where anyone can touch them. If they are that special put them where no one can touch them. And if you have a problem with a child you should go to the parent and address it, it is NOT your place to discipline a child that one is not yours and two is not doing anything wrong. She was trying on helmets which was the reason we were there.

Its cool I mean if youre wanting to get a scooter worked on or if you need to buy parts for a special particular American-made scooter but you also should know your stuff they like to train these employees to know one thing and one thing only and that is what is most expensive and quick honestly unless I where to buy a scooter from them I wouldnt go to the store

I paid 58 bucks for my own work I had to help the lady mount my own tire then she tried telling me my rim is bent when it was wobbling on the balancer when all she did was snug it up by hand so I had to leave with out my tire balanced so I have to go pay to have it done some were else and wouldnt even cut me a break for helping

Great place to go for all kinds of street riding and off-road riding equipment. Very helpful staff, but occasionally get very busy and hard for staff to keep up with everyone. Selection is great but the real benefit is buying online and being able to return items to the retail store!

Not a good experience at all. Both people working were rude and inconsiderate, plus very limited knowledge. Then seemed to be put off that I was asking questions. Will do my best to talk anyone out of going to this store.
