Fantastic experience Mechanics were really knowledgable in their trade. I showed up tight on money my bike ended up needing more then what I showed up for which was a charging system diag. My bike was making funny noises when I brought it in as well they advised me to drop the pan so I did metal was in my own from where my rotor generator had shattered they repaired it all pretty much same day and got me back in the road the owner worked with me on the price and even let me make payments to him so I could get back in the road. Awesome shop Id advise anyone to come here Mechanics are great and the owner is a good guy who is understanding to life and its hardships. They also worked with me to get a new tire on my bike the week after repair as it was worn to keep me riding safe.

I dont know where to start from the crappy disrespectful owner Scott or hes crazy prices to some it up I went in for a valve adjustment and I came out with a badly damaged head , broken tappets and damaged valves. Ill never go there EVERY Again he wants me to come back so he can fix my head h*ll no I have no trust in yall . Yall gone broke something else .ans Not to mention what about when I was told that Yu ordered my parts I waited two and a half weeks still didnt get them come to know it Yu never ordered them and Yu lied to me saying You did ..

This is the best shop in town! I went in and was greeted the second I walked in the door, the new owners Amy and John are amazing. I went there with all hope lost that i would not be able to get my bike running since I been to a few other bike shops in town but I was wrong. Amy sat down with me and found all the parts I needed and I received them all in the same week. I wont go anywhere else, I highly recommend Cycle Parts.

Worst place to go to unprofessional people I went with my brother & we bought tires for an atv & the guy in the back working on the bikes had an attitude with me & another customer. I personally have never gone back & never will this place is a total rip off I recommend everyone to give cc riders a try Ive been going there for a couple years now & they service my bike & I buy all my products there.

Rude staff, especially the lazy guy wearing the yarmulke!... 3 guys behind the counter and none would acknowledge I was there with a cable in my hand.. Mr yarmulke was busy getting real estate tips from the big booty realtor customer in front of me.. no clue how they got all these great reviews cause the only thing great was the realtors back nine..

These guys and a gal are fantastic people. Bear told me to bring my Honda Helix engine in and they would get a nut which I destroyed using a steel cold chisel off. He was so right! Within 2 minutes of using the correct size impact socket he had the 210 mm bolt out so I could transfer the needed subassembly off the bad engine and on to the good one.

This place is top notch. I no longer go any where else for my motorcycle needs. Scotts running the business right. They get it bike done quick fast and CORRECT. They are professional I am very satisfied with there services, Ive already send people there. Dont sleep on cycle parts plus, they can do any job big or small. Thanks u guys

The bolt that holds my back wheel on came off. I showed up with no money and the guys hooked me up just so I can get back on the road. Theyre really friendly and can tell you anything you need with very fair prices. Plus they have a really pretty girl at the front counter always a plus. I would definitely recommend any to go there.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I had everything for my bike. Having an ex500 can be difficult when looking for parts. But they had everything in stock. My only regret is that I didnt call them first. I went to 8 other shops to find my parts and no one had them in stock.

They Had my bike for over a month, brought it in to get it fixed ( battery, starter) get it back still not starting and rod knocking and smells like its smoking. Very unprofessional business I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.
