First let me start off by saying Im almost 72 years old and in my lifetime I have bought many cars, trucks and motorcycles. Ive experienced all types of dealers and all types sales people. I had decided after about 15 years without a bike and I was no longer going to pay Harleys price I would start to serch. I had visited one Kawasaki Honda dealer before calling Champions. The price I was given over the phone was SEVERAL hundred dollars less than the dealer I went to first so I thought I would drive the hundred miles to Champions. If ever I have made a good choice, no a great choice, I made one that day. I was greeted by the salesman I had spoken to on the phone, his name is Patrick, and he showed me the new bike I interested in. I had told him I wanted the "out the door" price. It was within 100.00 of what he told me he thought he could do on the phone. Thats bike, tags and taxes. I went in and sat down with the finance man, I so hope this is right, (Norm.) He had my interest rate @ 3.95 % and within minutes I had signed the papers. A really great buying experience for someone unknown, to walk in and feel as if I had bought motorcycles from them all my life. I then had the pleasure of meeting Vinny in parts. I needed a helmet. Another great experience. Oh, I forgot to mention I bought my bike on Sunday and they delivered it on Monday. I mention this because after getting home with my helmet it wasnt as comfortable as I thought. I called and spoke to a young lady in parts and explained my problem and she said didnt have a problem. She would send a different helmet that I had tried on with the delivery driver, another very nice young man who unloaded the bike and rolled it into my garage, and just exchange helmets with me. Now if your still with me, the best part. At 600 miles the bike, a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic Lt, needed an inspection. Instead of a dealership 25 miles from home I chose to ride the 100 miles for service. I was not disappointed. My dad used to tell me, a lot of dealers sell cars. Its how they treat you after you sign the papers thats really important. Vinny had ordered some accessories for me and they were installed and checked for fit to me, my bike was serviced and in about an hour and a half I on was on my ride home.. I wish I could give proper recognition to the young man and young lady at the service desk. They were friendly and along with the crew in the service department were responsible for putting me back on the road feeling like I had just left some friends. Well thats about it folks. All I can say is, if youre looking for a new or a used bike or maybe someone to service a bike you already own check out Champions Kawasaki Honda in Cocoa Florida. You wont regret it. If you could me one finger typing all this, I would get a true feeling of how impressed and happy with the dealership in bought my bike from. Robert. Palm Coast, Flordia

Bought a Goldwing at Champion Powersports in Eustis about a month ago. Negotiating to purchase a vehicle is always a tough game to play. Seller always wants to get as much as they can (thats business), the buyer wants to spend as little as possible. Don, my salesman, did a wonderful job working with me. Having spent most of my adult life in business and working hard for my money, I really hate giving it up. Don worked and worked with me and his management until we had a deal I felt happy and satisfied with. Then I got introduced to Steve, a parts rep. I dont know what Champions is paying him. But I can say hes a rare breed of employee that is not getting paid enough, regardless what hes already making. His attention to detail, following up and keeping me posted or updated with the status of product Ive ordered through Champions, his (and Dons) overall demeanor when providing customer service -- everything was top of the line. The service department does a great job working with me when I have to bring my bike in to get new "toys" installed and address any of my concerns. Very helpful, especially since I live over an hour away. And that is my only complaint. I wish they were located closer to where I live. Ive read some reviews in other areas of the internet that were not so flattering. They were not reflective of my experience in the least bit. Ive spent 28 years operating a very successful business in Citrus County before I got burned out and finally got out of it. When I consider some of the reviews I see posted for various businesses, I think back to my business years. As hard as I tried, I never managed to please 100% of the people 100% of the time. But Champions pleased this customer and I recommend them to anyone.

I would give this store 10 stars, but unfortunately its 1-5 only. I drive 40 minutes to get there and its worth every minute of the drive and of course this is the only place i recommend to anyone! I have been riding with my Uncle Doug and Uncle Keith since I was old enough to talk, lol, they travel around the United States racing dirt bikes, I dont race but I love to go with them to the tracks for fun. Recently my husband and I decided to get a toy but stumbled back and forth between the idea of getting a bike or a jet ski. I talked to my Uncle Doug and he referred me to Mike Burnside , whom he himself first purchased a bike from 15 years ago, and said he’s the best in the business and couldnt recommend anyone else to be any better at helping me make my decision. I dont write many reviews unless i am extremely impressed or disgusted for that matter, whichever way the ball may fall. In this case however I felt compelled to share my experience because I was truly astonished with the knowledge, determination and loyalty with the 3 of the gentlemen we dealt with; Mike Burnside, Mike Packwood and Don Kuhn,is who helped us the most in deciding exactly what was best for us. They knew what we wanted more than we did, LOL!! Don Kuhn informed us with everything we needed to know from start to finish and even assisted us in locating a shipping company to have my bike shipped to “Deals Gap” so I could enjoy riding on my vacation. Going above and beyond is the main thing I truly admired about the employees at Champions! Great positive attitude from everyone as soon as we walked in the door and not to mention the store itself is great, with a lot to choose from. Thaank YOU!

I recently took our Honda 2002 jet ski to Champions for a fuel tank recall and to have the ski serviced after it had sat for two years without being run. I also had two mechanical issues that I asked the Champions rep (Lee) to have the techs check out. I was given a loose estimate on the repair time and assured Id be given a call to update me on the repair and after evaluation of my ski. Several days later I was called with an update and estimate of cost based on what the techs had found- if I decided to proceed with the servicing (non-recall issues). After receiving another call a few days later giving me an update and final call saying my ski was ready, I headed back to Champions (I live about 1.5 hours away). I was happy to hear from Lee that the two issues I had asked to be checked were covered under the annual service and were fixed at no additional cost. He then answered several additional questions I had. I was extremely happy with the service we received at the Eustis store. The staff was very courteous both in person and over the phone. Also, while browsing and looking at other "toys" Champions employee Renaldo was also very helpful in answering numerous questions I had about ATVs. Although Im not ready to buy an ATV yet, the great service Ive received at this dealership is definitely a reason to drive the extra miles to go to this store for any additional purchases.
