Yo no hablo ingles , pero ahora tienen un gerente de ventas y vendedor que hablan mi idioma! : ) se me hizo mas facil comprar aqui ya que pude entender los numeros iniciales de pago y no tuve que poner nada de dinero de entrada. conste que mi credito no es el mejor David Sanchez busco la forma y hablo con el Sr: Casey Mckibben y el llamo personalmente a Honda y gracias a Dios me consiguio una aprovacion! I was not very pleased with the service I received from McKibben Powersport. It took five weeks to get my motorcycle back from them. Waiting for the bike was no big deal, but every time I called to get a status update they made me wait over 5 minutes for a response only to take a message.They took my contact information to call me back and they never did. I repeatedly had to call them to see what was going on . I finally got a call back saying my bike was done and to please let them know when I will be picking it up so they may clean it. I informed them of when I would be there and when I arrived the bike was still in the back and very dirty when brought up. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. To answer you on your responds Yes I got a few phone calls on my cell which I answered back. Is was not until I talk to Mr. McKibben were I got two phone calls. Once I my cell phone and one to my job. The reason I was giving for not getting back to me in a prob matter was because you were short on Technicians. Again Mr. McKibben was very helpful. His staff needs some improvement in customer service specially the service department. .

After calling several dealerships Stuart at McKibben gave me the best deal. Actually there original quote beat anyones by a few hundred and almost all by thousands. My local dealer in Melbourne best price was 1700 dollars more. Unfortunately I did not meet Stuart in person, ( he had the day off) but had another salesman close the deal. This entire staff was what anyone would want when walking in. From the beautiful receptionist smile to the owner that also greeted me and made sure everything I expected was going the way I wanted. They lived up to all I could expect and then some. I dont normally write reviews but if you live in Brevard county dont buy from Melbourne. They will lie and price will be way more. Even the finace lady was great, even though I chose to pay cash she made sure she made me aware of all offers Honda finance had avaible and interest rates. I am very happy I found McKibben and will definitely have returned business from me. Though they are the ones that kept thanking me I feel I am the one that needs to thank them. THANK YOU Mr McKibben, your place is awesome. Great price

Terrible experience. Called to get a price for a new tire installed on my Goldwing. Girl gave me the price. I when to the dealership to pay and it was higher. She didnt include the Labour. I reluctantly paid for the work upfront. She told me they would have to order the tire. So after a week I called to see where the tire was. They couldnt find any record of it. Then they said it was coming in that days shipment. Still didnt hear anything, so called back and they finally said after like 2 weeks the tire wasnt available. Are you kidding me. A stock tire for a Goldwing?? So after all this nonsense I got my money back and had work done in a day at Fun Bike Center. So thought I would give them another chance as I need a new speedo cable. Called service to get a price and left me on hold 3 times so finally hung up. Back to Fun Bike Center I go. My experience with this company has been horrible.

Drove from Orlando today to visit this dealership and wow was it worth it! My buddy Aaron is in the market for a GROM yet we never felt like our potential business was worth it to any of our local dealerships in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. After taking a few minutes to poke around, Nick approached us in the very inviting and respectful manner to find out the reason for the visit. Immediately I could tell he was very genuine in earning our business and never felt pressured. Because Aaron is credit challenged, he wasnt able to ride out with his new bike today. But Nick took the time to go over several options with him to potentially get him riding a new GROM soon. Aaron is very excited in doing business with Nick and hopefully if my wife wont kill me, I will as well. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new bike to give Nicks a chance to earn your business.

If you live anywhere in the state of Florida and are in the market for a Honda McKibben is the place to buy. They sell Honda only and are a volume dealer. After a lot of research I got the best deal at McKibben and the experience was the best I have ever had at a car or motorcycle dealership. I dealt with David the Internet Manager who was professional, straightforward and respectful of the customer--imagine that! I drove three hours from south Florida to buy at McKibben because they gave me the best deal and I was sick of the BS from the two major south Florida dealers. No pressure, no hassle, bike was thoroughly prepped and ready to ride. Thank you McKibben for making the ending to my search for a new motorcycle a happy one!
