Everyone was very nice as usual with dealerships. They had a snowmobile for sale, and according to pictures and talking to the owner, it was a very clean sled. Now, them not being a snowmobile dealer, means they couldnt service the machine when they took it in on trade. According to the owner, they "had someone come from a local snowmobile dealer and look the machine over" the owner said " everything checked out " Well once i got to the dealer, after driving 8 hours to get there, i was unpleasantly surprised to find the sled in a different condition than advertised. Looking the machine over with my father, it looked rough, but semi managable. Needed new carbides for the skis, a new bogy wheel, the handlebarrs were loose, overall it looked pretty beat up. So, thinking it was semi manageable, i made a deal with them and bought it. The real horror came when i took it to a local dealer to get serviced for the season. Long story short, the snowmobile needed about $1800 to make it a safe machine to ride. needs skis, new track, heat exchanger($1000+ by itself) and the motor has a oil leak. So yeah. Thats my horror story. Nice people, but sketchy snowmobile. If i wouldve went riding right after purchase...i wouldve gotten stranded god knows where.... thing was a pile. Now for water craft... i have no idea... they might be fine. But i was very unhappy.

Just traded in my 13 year old Sea doo on a new 215 limited. There is no better product than a Sea doo, l only ride Lake Erie and they are very stable-sturdey machines that I thoroughly trust. I shopped around to 2 other dealerships before I ended up at Cleveland Powersports. I didnt have a good feeling at the first 2. There is a big difference between a "know it all" and to a dealership staff that speaks from experience and knowledge from years of also being boating enthusiasts . Not only did I feel I received a fair price but also got a fair honest trade in value for my faithful old Sea doo. Price isnt the only factor in making my purchase here...more importantly is that I feel comfortable with my investment being serviced here.

As a Texas resident I visited several dealerships from Austin down to Houston and not one of them could match the price or even provide the customer I was needing. When I came across power sports of Ohio they had the boat I wanted at a price that was more inline with my budget. Dave made my buying experience a good one without any apprehension from being out of state. The boat came delivered from RTM from uship it and it was clean and ready for fun. Wow! What a bad experience. I have a Kawasaki ski and needed plugs and a battery. Guy answers the phone and tells me service is busy and wont even ask me my issue. Then tells me that they do not sell batteries or plugs for Kawasaki. Any knows the batteries and plugs are from other companies like NGK and Yuasa. Dont want to even try and help.... Take your business elsewhere

Bought my can-am outlander here, salesman was real courteous and helped me get my machine for a very resonable price. When I brought it in for my 10 hour service they got me in and out very quickly and their service charges are very competitive with other dealers. Glad I chose Power Sports of Cleveland for my atv purchase. Looking forward to doing more buisness with them.
