customer is not the first concern. called at 10 oclock in the morning when they opened for business to inquire about a bike, they said it was there and available. I told the salesman that i live 3 hours away im on my way there to buy it. I drove 150 miles to their shop just to find that the salesman had sold it a half hour before i got there. found another bike that i was interested in for a decent price (as though I thought) bought the bike, salesman said give them an hour or so to check the bike over to make sure everything was good in which I paid $199.00 for. Needless to say i got half way home the front and rear wheel bearings went out, and the rear master cylinder quit working, so I had no brakes on the rear of the bike and a whole bike wobble that i had to deal with. Moral of the story, buyer beware I will not be back and do not recommend them either.

Not impressed. Was in the market for a Victory. Showed them the other offers I had and they said they could match prices. When I showed up it was another story... Had to buy from another dealer 2 hours the other way. After buying the bike I tried to schedule a 500 mile service appointment. "We dont make appointments. We are first come first serve. Drop your bike off today and well try to get to it in the next 10 days." What??? Yeah, keep my bike for 10 days during peak riding season for an oil change and inspection. No thanks. Not a well run outfit. Try Bairs or All Ohio.

I called State 8, Medina Ohio this afternoon wanting to get an oil change and have them look at the handle bars due to a towing issue. I was told that I will need to bring in my bike and leave it there and it could take 10 to 14 days before they could even look at it but I must leave it. AND they DO NOT take appointments. That would be like a car dealership saying you have to leave your car but it could take 2 weeks before we can do anything about it. NO THANK YOU! I called Bair Motorsports in canton ohio. Even made an APPOINTMENT. They will be looking at it on Monday!

State 8 is crazy great! My tricked out Katana 600 crotch rocket that I own, ride, and use for occasional stunting was sent there for a valve adjustment/miscellaneous work and I have to say that my impression of the service department is overwhelmingly professional & courteous in a fun atmosphere. I could tell right off the bat as soon as I left my bike with them it would be returned to me running stronger and meaner than ever. Very cool people who work there. I highly recommend this place, especially if you own a Suzuki. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Do your self a favor and find another dealer! Made a deal to buy a Kowalski Mule from this place, and was just waiting for them to make a few minor repairs on it. I called a couple times a week for 3 weeks just to be told they were waiting on parts or found something else wrong with it. I finally personally stopped in to see what was up with it just to be told they sold it to someone else, and the salesman was anything BUT apologetic. Needless to say this is a shady place!

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM STATE 8 WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING WITH AN ATTORNEY! I bought a brand new 4-wheeler from State 8 and it ran good for a total of 3 weeks before having problems. State 8 replies to me: "There is nothing wrong with it". I have video documentation that will prove otherwise.

This is the second time I have visited this dealer, both times I have walked around looking for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledge me. I am a cash buyer but will try somewhere else that offers better customer service. Sales people were standing around talking so they werent busy.

FZ6 died while riding one day without explanation. These guys found the problem (dead power commander) and got it fixed ahead of schedule for less than I expected. I am always skeptical of repair shops, but this is one that has earned my trust. Thanks guys!

After waiting more than 2 weeks for a new tire and brake pads, I get a call that my parts were in. I asked when they could put them on and was told "Drop off the bike and well get it to you next week". After a 2 week wait im taking my business elsewhere.
