I called this company the end of August to schedule a tech to go out and fix a treadmill. I spoke with the receptionist who stated they would go out there Thursday the 1 of September or Friday the 2nd. We had someone wait at the location where the equipment needed to be fixed. Thursday went by, no one showed up, Friday went by and again no one came. I called them on Tuesday the 6th and spoke with the receptionist who stated she was unsure what happened and would have a tech call me. Later that day Cesar called me and apologized for the mix up and assured me he would go out there Thursday the 8th at 10:00 am. So I again have someone go out Today (Thursday the 8th) and wait. I received a phone call at 12:00 pm from my warehouse guy. He said that no one had showed up yet. So I called First Place to figured again what had happened. I spoke with Mike, he had no idea what had happened and didnt have the best attitude when I spoke with him. He told me he would get in contact with Cesar and find out what had happened. A few hours go by and I do not hear from anyone. So I scheduled another company to go out and fix our Treadmill. I called First Place to let them know I had found someone else and to cancel my work order. When I spoke to Mike again he had an attitude and could care less that I was frustrated about the situation. No apologies were given or any reassurance that he would get to the bottom of what had happened. I had my warehouse guy go out there 3 times, when there was no need from him to be at the warehouse those days. They wasted my time and his time. One of the worst companies and customer service I have ran into.

Purchased a cardio machine here and will definitely come back the next time Im looking for exercise equipment. I found out about First Place Fitness Equipment when I started looking into finding a great cardio machine for my house for times when I cant or dont want to make the trip to my local gym. I tried a few sports goods stores with no machines that compared to the Precor elliptical I regularly use at my gym. I checked out Precors website and searched for the nearest store which sent me to the Orlando location for First Place Fitness. I called ahead with questions about delivery and selection and had a great response over the phone so I took my wife and children with me that day to get my very own Precor machine. We walked in and got down to business quickly, no hassles, no haggling, no attempts to change my mind on a higher priced model. Great experience, every question i had was answered well and it didnt take much time at all from start to purchase with no pressure from anyone to do so.

Last evening, 2/20/17, Taylor Breautzmann and Jonnathan from the Orlando First Place Fitness location delivered an awesome treadmill to our house. They went far beyond what anyone would expect with accommodating to our crazy schedule and coming long after normal hours. Along with that they absolutely provided incredible professional care getting the very heavy solid piece of equipment up 20 stairs to our upstairs gym location in our new home (yes I counted the steps!). They were so careful to make sure the delivery was brought in without any damage to our home or the equipment and were upbeat and cheerful assembling it and reviewing the use and options available with the Precor 425. We are very pleased with our new treadmill and happy to have met such fine young men who really care about service with a smile! Thank you so much for such a professional team! Dr. Mark Minium

Im the owner of a personal training fitness center and I purchased a functional trainer and decline AB Bench from First Place Fitness Equipment and Im very happy with the equipment they have provided. There equipment is excellent, they have competitive prices, and excellent customer service. Taylor is the sales representative who helped me on both purchases and his communication, attentiveness to my request, and customer service are superior. I have to admit that Im a very picky customer, especially being a business owner, and he has exceeded my expectations and made me a very happy customer. They also provided the delivery and setup, and everything was completed up to my expectations. The best thing for me about this place is not just the excellent equipment but the customer service, and excellent communication.
